Cardi B Wrote Nicki Minaj Diss Tracks That Are Too Brutal to Hear

Last month, Cardi B literally attacked Nicki Minaj. Words flew, and so did shoes. This beef is intense.

Fortunately, Cardi's next planned attack will be in the form of music, not projectiles. And her diss track is coming along.

But apparently her lyrics are so biting and insulting that her own crew is begging her to tone it down.

Cardi B Rants

Cardi B is not happy with Nicki Minaj.

This time, at least, her feud is going to be channeled into music.

That's what the fans want, and it should also help Cardi avoid getting arrested for assault again.

But TMZ reports that though a lot from the diss track has been recorded, the people around Cardi are imploring her to remove some lyrics.

The reason? Her lyrics are just too vicious.

In fact, apparently some members of Cardi B's team worry that this could backfire.

Not every diss track destroys its intended target.

Their fear is that Cardi's lyrics might actually help Nicki, potentially by boosting her public image.

This could mean that the lyrics are so cruel that people will feel sorry for Nicki.

It could also mean that Cardi could just be giving Nicki more attention.

Cardi B in Many Colors

Cardi's team feel that her career has already surpassed Nicki.

Between Cardi's baby and secret marriage and even her arrest weeks ago, she is big news this year.

People still listen to "Bodak Yellow," but it's been a little while since Nicki had that level of undeniable social relevance.

Her team's analysis says that ignoring Nicki is the best way to keep her down.

As for Cardi, though, she is said to feel that the only way to "keep it real" with her music is to really lay into Nicki.

Cardi is big on authenticity.

Nicki Minaj Mirror Selfie

TMZ notes that Nicki and Cardi have not met face to face since their messy fight at the Harper's Bazaar ICONS Party.

That sounds like it is for the best.

In the aftermath, Nicki threated to literally murder Cardi, which is a hell of a thing.

Cardi vowed to whoop Nicki's ass, of course.

Sometimes it is difficult to see where brand-mandated posturing ends and genuine loathing begins.

But this feud looks like the real deal.

Cardi B in Red

Cardi's recent arrest for assault was not over her blowup with Nicki.

Instead, it was over the alleged incident in which Cardi B ordered the beating of a pair of strip club employees.

Two women, who are sisters as well as bartenders at a strip club, say that they were assaulted by Cardi's entourage.

One woman, the real target, said that she had been attacked by people close to Cardi before, she believed on Cardi's orders.

The reason for the attack was apparently that Cardi believed that one woman had banged her husband, Offset.

Ordering an assault because you suspect cheating is, needless to say, never okay.

Nicki Minaj and Boobs

Death threats, literal fights, and assaults are toxic.

In the rap world, these kinds of feuds can get people killed. Neither Cardi nor Nicki could actually want that, right?

Lyrics might just be words, but it could be an escalation that keeps this feud from dying.

We'd love to hear Cardi's diss tracks and Nicki's clapback, of course.

But we hope that all of this animosity stays on people's music and doesn't spill over into real life -- again.

Cardi B: I Could MURDER Nicki Minaj With Diss Tracks … But I Won’t

Bristol Palin to Farrah Abraham: You’re a Bad Parent and Role Model!

Farrah Abraham has been replaced on Teen Mom OG, and to absolutely no one's surprise, she is not taking it well.

Bristol Palin has shot down the claim that she secretly wants to be just like Farrah.

Now, she's doubling down on that, and dragging Farrah as a mother, a role model, and a human being.

Bristol Arrives

Appearing on Teen Mom: After The Show, Bristol Palin is affirming that she has no special love for Afarrah Abraham.

"No," she says. "There’s nothing about me that wants to be anything like her."

"And," Bristol continues. "I would never want my girls to look up to someone like that."

"So girlfriend," she says in an exaggerated manner before snapping in a Z-formation, giving us flashbacks to well over a decade ago.

Bristol can't keep up the overly dramatic act, and says: "I'm just joking!"

Farrah Abraham Is Rendered Speechless

She's clearly not joking about her feelings regardling Farrah, however, because she recently told Jenny McCarthy something similar.

"It’s just like, 'Oh, she’s trying to be me,'" Bristol said.

Farrah has accused both Bristol and Cheyenne of trying and failing to be her.

"It’s like, girlfriend," Bristol said. "You could not pay me to want to be anything like you. Honestly."

"So no," Bristol said. "I’m not trying to be like her."

Bristol Palin on Season 8

Farrah trashed her Teen Mom replacements, saying that either they themselves are stupid or the decision to cast them was -- or both.

"There’s no intelligence there," Farrah said, presumably while looking into a mirror.

"And," Farrah continued. "I actually feel like the Teen Mom fans deserve to have better people fill my position."

She wasn't working as a store clerk -- she was part of a reality show, so that's awkward phrasing.

Also, fill my position sounds like a euphemism when Farrah says it.

Farrah Abraham Gives an Interview

"And," Farrah said. "They deserve to have better quality."

She also believes that not only are Bristol and Cheyenne inadequate, but they're not even being paid as well as she was.

"Last I heard," Farrah claims. "They said they couldn’t [have] been paid enough to be like me."

"But yet, they are paid," Farrah says. "They’re filling my spot."

Farrah may bitterly hate Teen Mom, but it sounds like the show is an ex that she just can't stand to see move on to someone else.

Bristol Palin Looks Unhappy

Bristol isn't exactly anyone's favorite person. She's been accused of being a racist and a homophobe.

It doesn't help that her mother is the absolutely infamous Sarah Palin.

Trying to out-awful Bristol is a tall order, but Farrah always seems to come across looking like an absolute maniac when the two of them feud.

On her own, Bristol may hold some truly terrible political views and bear the curse of her last name.

But when you put her beside Farrah, she looks calm and reasonable by comparison.

Farrah might not mean to, but she's doing Bristol, Teen Mom OG, and MTV a huge favor by going on these rants.

90 Day Fiance Feud: Jon Walters Calls Jesse Meester a Small-Dicked, Abusive Beta!!

90 Day Fiance: Before The 90 Days star Jon Walters is super in love with Rachel Bear. In fact, Jon and Rachel are married.

But while Jon may be happy with his relationship, he doesn't think anything at all of another couple on the show -- Darcey Silva and Jesse Meester.

Jon told fans exactly what he thinks of Jesse. Normally you have to wait for the reunion to see one star destroy another like this.

Jon Walters and Rachel Bear Visit Stonehenge

So, context: Jon and Rachel took baby Lucy to Stonehenge on last year's Winter Solstice.

Often seen as a secular holiday, it is also a religious one, and Stonehenge is made available for druids and other people of faith for whom the day and site are sacred.

When Jon and Rachel shared this photo with their Instagram followers, fans praised the picture and the couple ... and began to discuss how they feel tired of Darcey and Jesse's storyline.

While fans seemed to agree that they don't care for the couple, they were divided over whether Darcey or Jesse is to blame.

Jon shared his own opinion within the comments, and he had no uncertainty.

Jon Walters, 90 Day Fiance: Before The 90 Days

"If she had a man she who builds her up, loved her and treated her with respect, she wouldn’t be nearly as broken," Jon asserts.

"Jesse is an abusive man with huge insecurities," Jon declares.

He is referring to Jesse's behavior, which many fans and viewers have said is emotionally abusive.

He then speculates that this is "probably because he skinny, used to have acne, and has a tiny d--k."

Jon concludes his disparaging assessment by announcing: "He’s a pathetic beta." Wow.

Darcey and Jesse

The alleged size of Jesse Meester's penis notwithstanding, Jon is far from the only one disgusted with the Dutch model's behavior.

Darcey and Jesse's trip the United States should have been a romantic visit to the place that they both hoped they'll one day live as husband and wife.

Instead, the two of them seemed to spend every waking moment arguing.

They argued over grocery lists, how to correctly cut a steak, and debated whether Darcey stepped on Jesse's sneakers on purpose or it was an accident.

We know that it's a reality show, and that producers can be selective and only show the worst moments. But no couple should be arguing like this. Period.

Jesse Meester of 90 Day Fiance

Many believe that Jesse's youth and good looks are behind his rudeness -- that he doesn't respect Darcey because she's older. Others think that he's just ... like this.

Entertainingly, TLC shaded Jesse earlier this month with a tweet about his trip back to the airport.

"During the ride to JFK, Darcey had to slam the brakes," TLC's tweet reads. "Jesse hit his face against the sun visor because he was checking himself out in the mirror."

Despite their deeply toxic arguments, the two of them left things on a good note when Darcey sent Jesse on his way at the airport.

They hugged and, for worse or for worst, seem to be very much in love.

Darcey Silva, Jesse Meester in Amsterdam

Some 90 Day Fiance viewers are not quite aware of how deep these arguments run.

Jesse and Darcey have been seen quarreling on social media, and even appeared to break up a few times only to, days later, insist that they were still a couple.

Even if you believe that Darcey is just as much to blame as Jesse, these two seem to be a toxic combination -- like bleach and vinegar.

We're glad that Jon didn't mince words about Jesse. Jon and Rachel seem to have found their happily ever after and fans really like them as a couple.

Who says that a couple has to be dramatic to be popular with viewers? Sometimes, people want to see a success story.

Piers Morgan Body-Shames Tess Holliday in Vicious Open Letter

Even after Tess Holliday clapped back at Piers Morgan's body-shaming, the dude still thinks that her body or her health are his business.

This time, he's written a long, long open letter to Tess in which he says that he's just worried about Tess.

In other words, he's trying to substitute body-shaming with what's called concern trolling.

Tess Holliday Cosmopolitan Cover

"Dear Tess, We don’t know each other," Piers Morgan writes in The Daily Mail. "In fact, until several weeks ago, I had never heard of you."

Always good to start your open letter with an insult that says more about you than it does about the recipient.

"Then you appeared as the cover star of Cosmopolitan magazine," Piers continues. "Wearing a green swimsuit and blowing a kiss under the headline: ‘A SUPERMODEL ROARS! TESS HOLLIDAY WANTS THE HATERS TO KISS HER ASS.’

Piers says: "It was a very striking, newsworthy cover because you are 5ft 3in and weigh over 300lbs."

"As such," Piers accuses. "You are someone suffering from morbid obesity."

Piers Morgan, Up Close

"That’s not me being a ‘fat-shaming douchebag’, as your legion of fans will doubtless immediately scream," Piers says. "That’s just a fact."

To be fair, Piers Morgan is many kinds of douchebag. The fat-shaming that he does only covers a fraction of who he is as a bad person.

"The medical establishment gives that definition to anyone who is more than 100lbs overweight or has a BMI ... of 40 or more," Piers says. "That’s YOU."

"Morbid obesity, as its name suggests, is a very serious health condition," Piers writes in the most patronizing tone imaginable.

"Those who are diagnosed with it are at greater risk for illnesses including diabetes, high blood pressure, gallstones, osteoarthritis, heart disease, and cancer," Piers explains as if this is new information. "In other words, it can kill you."

Tess Holliday Pose

"As with size zero models, your body image is one that people – not least yourself - should be deterred from celebrating because it’s unhealthy," Piers has decided.

Again, it is super weird that he thinks that a stranger's health is his business.

He quotes Tess' explanation of how she launched her career: '"I was angry and sad that people kept commenting on my pictures saying, “You’re too fat to wear that! or “Cover up!"

He continues to quote her: "'And then one night, I was lying in bed and thought, “F--k that! So I posted an image with four photographs of myself wearing things that fat women are often told we ‘can’t wear’ and encouraged others to do the same.’"

Piers does at least concede: "I can understand the desire to do that."

Do you sense a but coming? You're right.

Piers Morgan, Big Head

Piers says: "But then you said: ‘I’m at the heaviest I’ve ever been in my life now and it took me being the heaviest to finally love myself.’"

"Sorry, Tess," Piers writes condescendingly. "And I say this with great respect, but I just don’t believe you."

Oh, good -- Piers is now the arbiter of other people's feelings.

"Nobody," he claims. "Male or female, could see their weight surge to over 300lbs if they’re just 5ft 3in tall, and be genuinely happy."

"Right now," he imagines. "I think you’re trapped in a hellish spiral of self-delusion in which your soaring fame and fortune is entirely dependent on you remaining morbidly obese."

"You’re only getting the cover of Cosmo and endless TV appearances because you’re massively, dangerously overweight yet feigning joy," Piers writes. "In your heart, you must know this?"

Tess Holliday Models

"The editors and producers paying you large sums of money to glamourize your morbid obesity are cynically exploiting you," Piers claims.

"They’re your enablers," Piers has decided.

"Losing weight isn’t easy," he admits. "But the first step is brutal honesty."

He then shares an anecdote about a British politician who lost weight, completely missing that this is what that man did for his own happiness.

Piers demands: "Stop lying to yourself, Tess."

Piers Morgan on Good Morning Britain

Piers Morgan then brings Tess' two sons into this, writing: "They need you to stay alive and be their mum."

"Sorry if that sounds harsh," Piers writes unconvincingly. "But it’s the truth and it’s time you faced up to it."

There's a certain type of person who feels powerful when they feel that they're the lone voice of reason and that someone living life on their own terms is a lunatic.

"I’m not obsessed with you," Piers continues. "I’m worried about you."

He could worry about her on his own time and not try to make his feelings her business.

Tess Holliday Bikini Photo

"We can keep having a pop at each other on Twitter," Piers says. "And fuel the supposed ‘feud’ between us."

"But ultimately, I’m not criticising you for a bit of social media fun or to score a few cheap points at your expense," Piers claims.

"I’m doing it because I genuinely feel you are promoting a very dangerous message," Piers writes. "And because I am genuinely concerned that your own life will be in danger if you continue down this path."

"The bottom line is that there’s nothing remotely powerful or inspiring about a 5ft 3in person breaking the scales at 300lbs," he writes as if that's not a huge insult.

Piers claims: "It’s just a guaranteed pathway to sickness, misery and possible death."

Piers Morgan on a Red Carpet

"So," Piers says. "I urge you to stop pretending your body is radiating some great ‘positive image’ to the world."

He then asserts: "It’s not."

"Wake up, shape up, and be the brilliant role model you COULD be," he says. "If you just stopped listening to those fools who want to celebrate your morbid obesity."

You have to "love" a guy who's willing to mansplain a woman's career to her.

"You can do it," Piers concludes. "And I will be the first to salute, and celebrate you if you do."

Tess Holliday Pic

That whole barrel of offensive nonsense is sort of Piers' whole brand -- he gets into feuds with women because he thinks that they should care about his opinion.

He doesn't solely target Tess Holliday. He also shames Emily Ratajkowski for posing nude and (gasp!) getting paid for it.

In his mind, if you're doing something for a good, feminist cause, it should be pro bono. (There's a pro-boner joke in there, somewhere)

Also in his mind, other people's health is his business, and other people should care about his feelings for some reason.

Piers Morgan Image

We're happy that none of us live in Piers Morgan's world. In reality, Tess' body is her own and any supposed health problems just don't impact the rest of us.

Contrary to Piers' paranoid fears, no one is going to see her cover and try to become obese to be like Tess. And if they did, it would again not be anyone's business.

Instead, some people might learn to not hate themselves for their bodies -- and that seems to be Piers' worry. He thinks that self-hatred will lead to weight loss.

Minding your own business costs zero dollars.

Kanye West Blasts Nick Cannon, Drake, Tyson Beckford in Bizarre Video

Earlier this month, Kanye West went on an apology spree, trying to make nice with others and even telling Drake to "take his good energy." Whatever that means.

Now, however, it looks like Kanye has changed his tune. He recorded a video message for various men in the music industry with whom he has a beef.

The short version? Don't talk about his wife, don't think about his wife, and definitely don't suggest that you've ever boned her.

Kanye west face on video

"I just wanted to express some things that were not sitting right with my spirit," Kanye explains.

Kanye continues: "Now that I’m up out the sunken place I can think and I can just be ‘Ye and express how I feel."

When he says the sunken place, he is referring to Get Out, though some would argue that he is using the reference with the opposite of its intended meaning.

"There’s a couple of things that I want to address," Kanye explains.

Kanye on the radio

"First of all I want to address Nick Cannon," Kanye announces.

"I understand that you used to date my wife," he says. "But you know, you get into an interview, don’t mention my wife."

That is something that many would consider to be an odd or intrusive instruction.

"If someone brings my wife up, say, ‘I respect that man, I’m not speaking on that,'" Kanye demands. "Don’t be making no suggestions -- like nobody f--k my wife"

That demand might have gone over better with some fans if Kanye had asked Nick to respect Kim. But Kanye is all about Kanye.

Very serious kimye

So, Kanye produced a song of Pusha T's that called out Drake for allegedly using a ghostwriter for his music.

"Now if I wasn’t in a medicated state I might have thought and had the wherewithal to say, ‘Hey Pusha, don’t diss Drake on my beat," Kanye admits.

"And I spoke about that and took accountability for that," he says.

"People making rumors or thinking you f--k my wife and you’re not saying nothing…" Kanye continues. "That don’t sit well with my spirit."

Kanye west as a guest

It has long been speculated that the "Kiki" from Drake's song, "In My Feelings," may have been Kim Kardashian, even though she never boned Drake.

"You know, if I had a girlfriend from Chicago, her name was Renita, and you was married to Rihanna, I wouldn’t make no song called Riri," Kanye says.

"So when you’re like, ‘Ahhh I don’t know where it come from,’ you too smart for that bro," Kanye insists.

"You know where that come from," Kanye continues to lecture Drake. "Don’t make no record with nothing that can be confused."

These are some hefty demands.

Kanye west on rap stage

You know how Pusha T revealed that Drake had a secret child?

"Now I told ya, I didn’t tell Pusha no information about your baby, baby mama, nothing," Kanye says. "That don’t come from me,”

“Don’t speak on nobody from our family," Kanye commands. "Nothing that can even be mentioned with my wife period."

"We don’t have to talk again," Kanye says. "I’m not giving no energy to that."

Kanye's dragon energy isn't an unlimited resource, we guess.

Hands up

Kanye moved on to yet another target.

"As far as Tyson Beckford goes, don’t speak on my wife, bro," Kanye insists.

"Like none of y’all speak on my wife period," he demands. "What are you talking about? I’m married. We’re in love, we’re a family."

We don't think that anyone seriously questions that, but apparently, in Kanye's mind, these men should never mention Kim Kardashian.

"All three of y’all, come talk to me," Kanye instructs. "We’ll work it out."

Kanye west tweets about emma gonzalez

Kanye just told Drake that they didn't need to speak again in one breath, and then invited him to talk to him with the next.

"Nick Cannon, Drake, Tyson Beckford," Kanye concludes. "All that wasn’t sittin’ right with me."

Yes. That much is clear.

It will be interesting to see how they respond to Kanye's Thursday message.

In this post, we have a combined version of the videos for you. Watch it for yourself and see what you think.

Cory Wharton Takes Aim at Farrah Abraham: Thanks for Your Money, Loser!

In case anyone was wondering...

... it looks like Cory Wharton will fit in just fine as a member of the Teen Mom OG cast.

How can we say for certain?

Here, Daddy

Because the fitness coach is already firing shots at deposed MTV star Farrah Abraham.

Speaking to the Domenick Nati Show this week, Wharton - who cable network viewers might recognize from his days on Ex on the Beach and The Challenge - opened up for the first time about his casting on Teen Mom OG.

As previously detailed, Wharton is joining the series this fall as the baby daddy (not boyfriend!) of fellow newbie Cheyenne Floyd.

Wharton has the opportunity to do so, of course, because MTV fired Abraham several months ago due to her ongoing participation in amateur pornography videos.

Does Wharton wish Abraham were still around?

Does he yearn to spar with her on air or just interact with her in various ways?

Nope, not really, he says.

Cory Wharton and Family

"I could give two sh-ts less if Farrah was on this season," Cory said during the aforementioned interview, elaborating a bit as follows:

"I think it would be great, more ratings, more exposure for us. I could care less. If she's happy doing what she's doing, I have no problem taking her spot this season."

And then here comes the shade:

"You can pass her check right over here and I'll be okay with that."

HA! We love it.

And we love it even more because we're guessing Abraham will hate it and respond in some crass manner on social media.

Wharton is following a long tradition of slamming Abraham, as Maci Bookout recently took aim at Farrah herself via a recent Instagram caption.

It also appears as if Wharton will be following the even longer-running tradition of getting into major arguments on air, considering the way he teased what fans can expect when Teen Mom OG premieres on October 1.

"There's probably be some type of physical fight," he said in the interview. "There's going to be lots of tears."

Sounds par for the MTV course.

Here's a closer look at what's to come on Season 8:

Finally, Wharton explained his relationship with Floyd a little clearer.

Folks had been under the impression in the past that Cheyenne didn't tell Cory he was the father of little Ryder until the girl was six months old.

But that isn't exactly how it played out, he now says.

"Cheyenne did tell me she was pregnant right away," according to Wharton.

"She told me there was a chance that it could be mine, but it wasn't really likely because you know, we hooked up in New York. We weren't really a thing at the time... We hooked up and after that she started seeing somebody else... They were dating.

"We didn't think it was mine beause it was only one time."

Cheyenne Floyd and Cory Wharton with Daughter

Ah, okay then.

At this point, however, Cory and Cheyenne co-parent amicably and, as anyone who follows Wharton on social media knows well, Cory gets to spend a lot of time with his child.

"Had a fun day at the apple orchard with the family," he wrote as a caption to the first image above, concluding:

"I just wanted to say thank you guys for all the positive comments and messages, I’ve gotten after letting everyone know we are joining the Teen Mom series.

"THANK YOU GUYS!!!!! Please look at Ryder’s face in the last picture. I think we already embarrass her."

Mark Burnett Brawls with Tom Arnold at Pre-Emmys Party!

Who said pre-Emmy Awards parties were boring and pointless?

Okay, fine, no one has ever said much of anything when it comes to pre-Emmy Awards parties in general.

But Tom Arnold and Mark Burnett did what they could to change that on Sunday night.

tom/mark

According to multiple outlets, along with the participants themselves, Arnold got into a physical altercation with the reality show producer and his wife, Roma Downey, at a gathering in Los Angeles.

Both sides have their own stories pertaining to what transpired, but Arnold was the first to Tweet about it just after midnight, writing:

"Mark Burnett just went apes–t & choked me at this huge Emmy party then he ran away with his torn Pink shirt & missing gold chain. I’m waiting for LAPD."

tommy a

About an hour later, however, Downey shared her own Twitter post and her own version of events.

"Got this bruise tonight when Tom Arnold tried to ambush my husband Mark and me at a charity event. Is your TV show worth it Tom?Please stop," the actress wrote.

Downey is referring here to "The Hunt for the Trump Tapes," a series on Viceland that premieres on Tuesday night and which centers on Arnold's search for various tapes that would embarrass or shame President Donald Trump.

He has alleged in the past that tapes exist of Trump saying the N-Word during his time as Apprentice host -- and that Burnett, as creator of that program, has helped bury them.

downey post

In response to Downey's above accusation, Arnold Tweeted the following early this morning:

"Bullshit. You lie your crazy husband attacked me you psycho. I'm filing a police report & suing you for defamation."

He reiterated this same threat on social media this afternoon:

“Sitting in West LAPD filing charges against your best bud Apprentice Outtakes Mark Burnett who lost his mind, attacked & chocked [sic] me last nite at Katzenberg’s Night Before The Emmy’s Party.

“Mark Burnett is scared:) #TrumpTapes."

Many people out there think Arnold is only taking these steps to stir up publicity for his show.

Arnold, Tom

A witness tells TMZ, for example, that Arnold attacked Burnett as soon as he saw the producer at the party.

Burnett then pushed Arnold back, after which Arnold ripped Burnett's crucifix off his neck, breaking the item in the process.

The confrontation lasted about 30 seconds and everyone involved remained at the party afterward.

Earlier in the day, Arnold told Salon.com that he wanted to approach Burnett at the Emmys ceremony in a confrontational manner; he also called the reality show creator a "pussy."

Mark Burnett

Arnold’s attorney, Marty Singer, confirmed to The Hollywood Reporter today that the incident occurred.

He claimed Burnett “attacked his client, but said little else of relevance.

Alyson Hannigan, who was also in attendance, Tweeted that the fight broke out in front of her. But she can't say for sure who started it.

“I thought it was a joke until security jumped in! she wrote, adding that Survivor host Jeff Probst tried to jump in and break it up.

Phew. At least Probst wasn't hurt in the scuffle.

Because, let's face it: No one cares about Burnett or Arnold. But if Jeff Probst got injured in any way?!?

We'd have a real problem on our hands.

Eminem to Machine Gun Kelly: Shut the F–k Up About My Daughter!

Last week, Eminem dropped his 10th studio album without any sort of pre-release promotion.

Of course, Kamikaze has been described as a "surprise" for reasons that go beyond its unanticipated release.

Eminem Video Still

Despite receiving mixed reviews from critics, the album has been regarded by many fans as a return to form for the 44-year-old rapper.

In the early days of his career, Em was as well known for his merciless lyric assaults on his rivals as for the razor-sharp wordplay that first caught the attention of the rap mainstream.

Over the past decade, however, Eminem sobered up, settled down, and stopped devoting so much of his attention to feuds.

Unfortunately, Slim Shady's newfound maturity made him an easy target for a bumper crop of young rappers attempting to build up their reputations by attacking his.

One such emcee is Machine Gun Kelly, who attacked Eminem with the above diss track in response to shade thrown by Slim on Kamikaze.

The beef began years ago, when a 23-year-old MGK called Em's daughter Hailie (just 16 at the time) "hot as f--k" in a bizarre tweet.

On his latest release Shady basically warned MGK to keep all such thoughts to himself.

Unfortunately, MGK is thirsting to become a household name, and he saw Em's diss as an opportunity for a come-up.

Normally, Em would be quick with a blistering response, but as he explains in the interview above, he's caught between a rock and a hard place.

As the superior technical emcee, he could put MGK in a body bag with ease.

However, he's well aware that by doing so, he would be giving the 28-year-old rapper a much-needed career boost.

Em's frustration with the situation is abundantly clear in his conversation with Sway:

Eminem, Fist Raised

"Shut the f--k up," Shady says in reference to his latest rival.

"Now, I'm in this f--king weird thing where I'm like, 'I gotta answer this motherf--ker.' And every time i do that -- as irrelevant as people say I am in hip-hop -- it makes that person bigger."

Sounds like a frustrating scenario.

Of course, there are worse problems to have than being such a legend that your challengers are dying for you to acknowledge their existence.

Cardi B ATTACKS Nicki Minaj! Watch the Crazy Footage!

DING! DING! DING!

It was on between Cardi B and Nicki Minaj at a New York Fashion Week party on Friday night.

And we mean this literally.

The artists got into a physical altercation.

Both stars showed up at the Harper's Bazaar's shindig yesterday evening, with Cardi "aggressively approached [a] table" at which Nicki was sitting, according to TMZ.

"Let me tell you something," an onlooker alleges Cardi said to her rival, priot to lunging at Minaj and then getting pulled away by others at the party.

As she was being dragged in the opposite direction, however, Cardi HURLED A SHOE at Minaj.

No charges have been filed and we don't think police were even called to the scene.

But the tension remains, that's for sure.

Just after 12 a.m. PST this morning, Cardi wrote the following on Instagram:

I've let a lot of s--t slide! I let you sneak diss me, I let you lie on me, I let you attempt to stop my bags, f--k up the way I eat!

"You've threatened other artists in the industry, told them if they work with me you'll stop f--kin with them!! I let you talk big s--t about me!!

"I've worked hard and come too far to let anybody f*** with my success!!!!  Bitches talk about all that s**** in they raps but in real life are p***y."

Insiders claimed that Cardi didn't intend on really fighting with Nicki, just on confronting her about lies Minaj had supposedly been spreading about her.

While she was being taken away, an elbow slammed Cardi in the face and gave her a noticeable lump.

Pretty crazy stuff, huh?

Here is Cardi's full statement:

And you catch watch footage of the near-brawl here.

The footage isn't totally clear, but you can get a clear idea of how nutty things got.

Kanye West to Drake: Take My "Good Energy and Love," Please

Kanye West must not be feeling like himself right now.

We hope the rapper is alright.

But something is clearly amiss at the moment because Kanye keeps... apologizing to people.

Kanye West on Rap Stage

For real! It's true! The egocentric artist is on a major mea culpa kick right now.

First, West took a few minutes during a recent radio interview to apologize to basically all of America for claiming that black people chose to be slaves way back in the day.

You can listen to his heartfelt message about how he messed up in this regard HERE.

Now, meanwhile, West has gone out of his way to say he's very sorry to Drake, following West’s perceived role in the Pusha-T diss tracks “Infrared” and “The Story of Adidon.”

“Sending good energy and love to Drake and family and crew,” West Tweeted early Wednesday morning, alongside a photo of Drake and Migos’ stage for their ongoing Aubrey and the Three Amigos tour.

West added:

“I haven’t seen the show in person but the images look incredible online. I understand where the confusion started.”

west writes

In recent interviews, Kanye admitted Drake was harboring some negative feelings over the “Lift Yourself” beat, which the Scorpion rapper wanted before West released the single on streaming services.

“Because we spoke about doing Lift Yourself together I should have given you the opportunity for us to do this together before I released it,” West said today.

Kanye also gave Drake credit for putting together a terrific show.

"This is all Jedi level. I will be coming to your show within the next seven days to give love and be inspired by the art you have created."

Elsewhere, the Yeezy creator even apologized to his fellow singer for “stepping on your release date in the first place.”

(West released his latest record, Ye," on June 1; and Drake dropped his double album, "Scorpion," on June 29.)

jediye

In a reference to Drake's love child, which Pusha revealed to the world several weeks ago as a way to tweak his rival, Kanye wrote:

"I did not have any conversations about your child with Pusha. I don’t play with the idea of people’s children after I spoke to Wiz a few years earlier."

The controversial rapper then acknowledged that he “should have spoken” to Pusha, who recorded two recent diss tracks aimed at Drake, writing:

"There should have been no songs with my involvement that had any negative energy towards you...

"I understand Pusha’s issues as a man if someone mentions your fiancé men go mask off. I’ve done the same myself at times. I love you and I love Pusha and we all have an admiration for each other’s craft."

about Pusha

Kanye and wife Kim Kardashian have Drake on the brain a lot this week.

West's messages to the artist came just two days after Kim had a different reason for saying something about Drake.

In her case, the reality star was forced to shoot down a rumor that claimed she slept with Drake awhile back.

Simply put, Kim wrote on Instagram over the weekend, that "never happened."

We believe her.

And we now await the Kanye/Drake debut that really might break the Internet.

Machine Gun Kelly Bodies Eminem, G-Eazy In Scathing Diss Tracks

Last week, Eminem dropped a surprise album, and it wasn't just the release date that caught fans off guard.

The legendary Detroit emcee fired off a number of unexpected insults, igniting feuds with a long list of hip hop personalities, including [deep breath]:

Machine Gun Kelly-Eminem

Tyler the Creator, Ja Rule, Iggy Azalea, Charlamagne Tha God, Joe Budden, DJ Akademiks, Lil Yachty, Lil Pump, Lil Xan, and Machine Gun Kelly.

While the artistic merit of Em's late-career releases is up for debate, there's no denying that the man is one of the most technically gifted rappers in the game.

This means that being called out by Slim Shady on a diss track is a bit like being challenged to 12 rounds by Floyd Mayweather.

But at least one of the rapper's newest targets is up to the challenge of going toe-to-toe with one of the sharpest minds in hip hop.

Machine Gun Kelly 2017 MTV VMAs

Machine Gun Kelly is a Cleveland-based up-and-comer who's often been compared to Em, and it seems MGK shares the rapper's penchant for blistering bars and unforgiving lyrical assaults:

At 28, MGK is quickly distinguishing himself as one of the most formidable battle rappers in the game.

There was a time when Em was the safe bet in every beef, but as he enters his late forties, the rap legend has lost a step, which means this feud is MGK's to lose.

"And I’m talking to you but you already know who the f--k you are, Kelly / I don’t use sublims and sure as f--k don’t sneak-diss / But keep commenting on my daughter Hailie," Em raps on his new release, Kamikaze.

The line references the fact that MGK called Eminem's daughter Hailie "hot" back in 2012.

Now, clearly, coming after someone for a four-year-old tweet is exceedingly lame, a fact that MGK addresses in his new Em-targeted track, "Rap Devil."

The title is a reference to Shady's track "Rap God," and Em's past as a deity in the world of hip hop is very much on Kelly's mind.

"Man up and handle your shit / Mad about something I said in 2012? Took you six years and a surprise album just to come with a diss," Kelly rapped on the new track.

Eminem, Fist Raised

"Homie we get it, we know that you're the greatest rapper alive / F--kin' dweeb all you do is read the dictionary and stay inside / F--k rap god, I'm the rap devil."

At one point, MGK even takes the high road, pleading with his former idol to be reasonable:

"We're both single dads from the Midwest, we can talk it out," he raps.

But that line is an outlier, as the rest of the track lays into Em for everything from his age to his sobriety to the alleged deterioration of his lyrical ability.

G-Eazy Image

Remarkably, that's not the only time this week that Kelly eviscerated a fellow rapper on wax.

Earlier this month, G-Eazy was dumped by Halsey after a lengthy relationship that yielded a hit collaboration.

Shortly thereafter, the feud between Eazy (above) and Kelly heated up and culminated with a scathing freestyle in which MGK claims to have slept with Halsey.

It's a master class in take-downs that left both the host and a few million YouTube viewers seriously impressed:

G-Eazy responded with a diss of his own, attacking MGK for everything from his lack of mainstream radio success to the fact that he's currently touring with Fall Out Boy as the band's opening act.

"MGK please stop trolling me, get over me / You wanna be me, you’re mad that you’re not as big as me," he raps.

"I'm everywhere, I'm your nightmare, you can't get rid of me / Call a Uber, turn on the radio, imagine hearing me / "Him & I"'s on, mad you're listening to Halsey sing to me."

Hmm ... it's true that with "Him & I" Eazy scored a radio hit (an achievement that's thus far eluded MGK), but he did it with the help of his much more popular then-girlfriend who kicked his ass to the curb shortly thereafter.

We're calling this one in MGK's favor as well - and we're issuing the following warning to rappers who might decide to boost their own name by firing shots at Kelly:

You don't want it with this kid.

Tess Holliday Claps Back After Piers Morgan Body-Shames Her Cosmo Cover

Piers Morgan can be such a mixed bag. It's nice ot see him berate that vulture Samantha Grant. It's gross to see him ask Caitlin Jenner creepy questions about her body.

This time, he's making gross comments about another woman's body -- plus size model and trailblazer Tess Holliday.

Tess graced the cover of Cosmopolitan, and Piers was apparently unable to resist commenting on her body and accusing her of being some sort of public health hazard.

Tess Holliday Cosmopolitan Cover

Before Piers decided to insert his opinion into the narrative, Tess was delighted with her cover.

"Phew," Tess writes on Instagram. "I’m literally a COSMO GIRL!!"

"Can’t believe I’m saying that!" she continues. "Thank you @CosmopolitanUK for this incredible opportunity "

Tess discusses the impact that body positivity can have, writing: "If I saw a body like mine on this magazine when I was a young girl, it would have changed my life "

Tess advises her fans: "Issue hits stands 8/31!"

Piers Morgan on Good Morning Britain

Unfortunately, Piers Morgan is one of those dudes who worries about other people loving themselves on their terms instead of on his.

"As Britain battles an ever-worsening obesity crisis," Piers laments. "This is the new cover of Cosmo."

"Apparently," Piers continues. "We’re supposed to view it as a ‘huge step forward for body positivity.’"

"What a load of old baloney," Piers declares.

"This cover," Piers continues. "Is just as dangerous & misguided as celebrating size zero models."

Tess Holliday Pose

Tess took to Twitter and hit back.

"To everyone saying I’m a burden to the British health care system," Tess begins.

"I’m american," Texx explains. "So you don’t have to worry about my fat ass."

She is such a delight and doesn't hesitate to use humor when speaking truth to power. Good for her.

(Naturally, we shouldn't conflate body size with health, and no one should be seen as a "burden" because of their health)

Peace, Tess Holliday

Tess says that the people who are uncomfortable with the size of her body, which literally does not impact them at all, should have more important things on their minds.

"Worry about what horrible people you are," Tess suggests to her detractors.

That's harsh -- but considering that Piers just accused her of being the next Typhoid Mary and he was far from the worst person to comment, it's fair.

She says that they have demonstrated that they're horrible "by whining about how me being on the cover of a glossy magazine impacts your small minded life."

It's difficult to understand why so many people feel like they have the right to tell other people what to do with their own bodies.

Tess Holliday Bikini Photo

Tess' body does not impact the rest of us. It just doesn't.

But a photo of her on the cover of a magazine could have a very real and powerful effect on little girls (or others, but girls especially) who are struggling to love themselves.

When people like Piers say that body positive images of Tess and women like her will somehow make the "obesity epidemic" worse, it is clear what they really mean.

They mean that people who have learned to love themselves won't go on dangerous starvation diets that ultimately don't work in a desperate attempt to get their bodies looking how Piers wants them to.

If you think that one body type is more attractive than another, that's fine -- we all have preferences. But women are allowed to just exist without you wanting to bang them.

Katharine McPhee: Blasted By Taylor Hicks Following Lame Attempt at Shade!

In case you've forgotten that there was a point where people actually gave a sh-t about American Idol, allow us to take you back to a simpler time and place, when it was Ryan Seacrest, not Mark Zuckerberg, who decided the outcome of our country's most hotly-contested elections.

The year was 2006, and Taylor Hicks was making headlines for being young, yet looking old, not unlike how Katharine McPhee is now making headlines for looking young and marrying old.

Katharine McPhee-Taylor Hicks

Anyway, Taylor and Katharine were neck-and-neck throughout their time on the show, but in the end, it was the gray-haired captain of the Soul Patrol who came away with the coveted title of American Idol champion.

The win didn't exactly do wonders for his career, but we'll get to that later.

McPhee and Hicks are back in the news today thanks to a mild feud that's revealed some long-simmering tension.

As part of a voter registration drive leading up to November's midterm elections, McPhee tweeted a photo of herself standing next to Hicks and captioned it with a not-so-subtle jab at her former rival:

McPhee-Hicks Feud

"Voting matters," the actress captioned the pic, complete with upside-down smiley face emoji.

As you can see, Hicks was quick to fire back with a jab of his own, tweeting:

"You're right, voting DOES matter! But you're a little late to the party, Kat."

Not exactly Biggie vs. Pac, but a mildly entertaining beef made all the more amusing by the fact that neither Hicks nor McPhee has been lighting the charts on fire in the years since their Idol season.

Katherine McPhee at the 2015 Grammys

In fact, neither of them has scored a single hit.

Katharine's gone on to a more high-profile career thanks to roles on Scorpion and other shows that play 'round-the-clock in retirement home common rooms.

These days she's best known for her engagement to David Foster, as well as for her creepy tendency to refer to his daughters as her kids, even though two of them are older than Katharine.

As for Taylor ... well, he's not exactly killing the game, but he has scored a gig hosting something called State Plate on something called the INSP channel.

Taylor Hicks Katharine McPhee Photo

The funniest part of all of this is that Taylor and Kat's season introduced the world to Chris Daughtry and Kellie Pickler, both of whom went on to more successful careers.

Perhaps one of those two should sound off on this situation.

"You're right, Taylor and Kat, voting does matter ... but not as much as how you spend your money," Daughtry could tweet.

Now, that would be a valuable lesson on the inner-workings of both the music industry and American democracy.
