Jinger Duggar Gushes (And We Mean GUSHES) Over Jeremy Vuolo

This Just In:

Jinger Duggar really, really loves Jeremy Vuolo.

Jinger and Family

This may be fairly obvious, considering the fact that Jinger is happily married to Jeremy and the two are constantly posing with their precious daughter, Felicity.

But Jinger still took a few moments on Instagram yesterday to acknowledge her two-year wedding anniversary, writing a very sweet message that we felt a need to highlight here.

It reads as follows:

It is hard to believe it has been 2 years already. Where has the time gone?! It has been the most incredible two years of my life! I am so thankful for you.

@jeremy_vuolo . You are the most amazing man I have ever known. Thank you for always being there for me in the best of days and in the toughest days.

Thank you for always pointing me to Christ and being faithful to share Christ with others. Seeing you so gently caring for Felicity melts my heart.

You are the best husband, father & friend a girl could ever ask for!! I love you with all of my heart, baby!

Felicity's Parents

Jinger and Jeremy got married in November of 2016.

Ever since they became husband and wife, Duggar and Vuolo have faced their fair share of scandals.

But that word should really be in quotation marks.

For example, Jinger actually garnered backlash for putting her child in a head scarf for an adorable photo just a few weeks ago.

Prior to that so-called incident, Duggar was slammed for putting mittens on her baby girl.

Trust us, we really wish we were making these controversies up.

Jinger, Jeremy, Felicity

Thankfully, Jinger and Jeremy have mostly remained above it all.

They've simply continued to spend time with each other and with Felicity, letting the haters hate and basically feeling sorry for such trolls.

For his part, meanwhile, Jeremy also celebrated this week's special occasion by penning the following note on his own Instagram page:

Happy Anniversary, my dear. Life with you has been greater than I could have ever imagined. You grow more beautiful every day—inside and out. I love you.

Pretty darn sweet, right?

With Jer

For all the negative things people understandably say about the Duggars and how they live their lives, one would be seriously challenged to come up with any true criticism of Jinger and Jeremy.

This is why desperate social media users end up resorting to commentary about mostly harmless photos such as THIS ONE.

We'll follow the couple's lead, however, and ignore the undeserved hate.

Instead, we'll simply take a moment ourselves to echo the sentiments here of both Jinger and Jeremy by saing:

CONGRATULATIONS ON TWO YEARS OF MARRIAGE!

Jeremy Vuolo Accused of Cultural Appropriation by His Own Fans

As much as we enjoy photos of Jinger Duggar's family, this latest photo was weird ... and controversial.

Jeremy Vuolo shared a strange image of him with baby Felicity and a Native American tipi.

Followers are accusing him of cultural appropriation.

Happy Jeremy Vuolo

Jeremy Vuolo shared a curious picture on Instagram.

In the snap, he is holding baby Felicity while being obscured by what looks like fog.

Before them is a miniature tipi (also spelled teepee).

"Time for reflection," Jeremy captioned the post, as if that explained anything.

It's unclear if he is referring to the presence of a mirror in the photo.

He may have instead meant, on a more serious note, that he's reflecting upon Native American culture.

Jeremy Vuolo and Felicity Vuolo and a Tipi

Some fans were confused.

"What is this supposed to mean?" one commenter asks.

Others are worried that he's misusing another culture's symbols and traditions.

"If there is a deeper meaning behind this post please do share," another commenter implores.

"If not," they continue. "Please know that taking elements of another culture (especially one that has been as mistreated as Native Americans)."

That commenter concludes: "and using them flippantly for your own artistic design is completely inappropriate."

Jeremy Vuolo in "Skinny Jeans"

Followers continued to try to figure out what Jeremy's post was all about.

"I googled it, guys," one commenter shares. "And some places are saying November is Native American month."

"Perhaps as ‘Thanksgiving’ comes it’s a moment to reflect on the atrocities inflicted on the first nations people," another suggested.

That would be very seasonally appropriate, folks. But others were concerned.

"It’s fairly regularly accepted that cultural appropriation is insensitive," writes another.

"Benefitting from someone else’s culture," another writes, is "not OK."

Jinger Duggar and Jeremy Vuolo Speak on Counting On

Some jumped to some very different conclusions about Jeremy's post.

"Why teepee?" one asked bluntly. "Are you racist too?"

Another jumped to a conclusion on the opposite end of the spectrum.

"Are you Native American?" one asked.

"Hard to understand the meaning of the pic," another noted. "I am Apache though, so if you are that’s great."

The Apache nation is not known for tipis.

Jinger Duggar Baby Pic

Tipis are sometimes mistakenly attributed to all Native Americans, but were and are in fact unique to people of the Plains region of North America.

(Tipis are still used for some ceremonies, if no longer used for dwellings)

Native American cultures in other regions used different types of dwellings, including elaborate structures.

It's understandable that people would be on their guard about Native American cultural heritage being misused by white people.

But one follower commented that this is not what is happening.

"Ya’ll, he is in Oklahoma at a Native American history museum," the commenter writes. "Chill!!!!"

Jeremy Vuolo and Baby Felicity Vuolo

Tipis are often the subject of misunderstanding.

While tipis are conceptually similar to the European lavvu, they are part of a few Native American cultures and are not for anyone else to misuse.

The Native American cultural heritage more likely to be misused are things like war bonnets and terms like "spirit animal."

But it doesn't look like Jeremy Vuolo is doing any of that.

We're happy to call out cultural appropriation or other wrongdoings when we see it. But that's not what was happening here.

With context, we see that he was practicising cultural appreciation in a museum.

Let's save our outrage for the people and actions that deserve it.

Jinger Duggar Shows Off Adorable Mother-Daughter Twinning Photo

Jinger Duggar has been treating Counting On fans to photos of her adorable little family.

Now, she and husband Jeremy Vuolo are sharing a new photo.

In it, she's twinning with her 3-month old baby, Felicity.

Felicity Vuolo Found Her Hand

"Like mother, like daughter," Jinger captioned the photo that you're about to see.

In it, the 24-year-old Duggar daughter is wearing a floral headband.

Baby Felicity is wearing a matching headband -- it's just a smaller version for her tiny baby head.

While they're not otherwise in matching outfits, we think that it still counts as twinning.

(Seriously, finding a baby outfit that matches adult clothing can be tricky)

Besides, the picture is just too cute.

This mother-daughter photo is so cute!

This is the time of year for dressing up in a lot more than headbands, but the Duggar family does not celebrate Halloween.

Michelle Duggar expressed her strong views in a blog post in 2011.

"While we do go to pumpkin patches and corn mazes," Michelle wrote. "We don't do the Halloween thing."

You miss out on a lot of fun and a lot of culture when you grow up in the Duggar household.

Jinger, Jeremy, Felicity

"From the beginning of our marriage we just kind of felt like we didn't want to celebrate that holiday," she shared.

"But," Michelle admitted. "We enjoy the harvest celebration."

"Our church fellowship has had different celebrations through the years that we've been a part of," Michelle continued.

Michelle wrote that these celebrations were "ones where the children can play games and receive candy and toys and do all kinds of fun things, like a cake walk."

Really, of course, the family's reluctance to participate in Halloween stems from a desire to isolate the children from any cultural experiences that they consider unbiblical.

In Growing Up Duggar by Jill, Jinger, Jessa, and Jana mention how seriously Jim Bob and Michelle take the supernatural.

"One specific thing that our parents have always been careful about is magic," the book says. "Which often shows up in children's movies."

"As harmless as it may seem, it's not a joke in God's eyes," the girls say.

"Magic, sorcery, witches, spell-casting and the like are all part of the demonic realm that God wants us to stay away from," the book continues.

"No matter how 'good' a film containing magic may seem," the girls warn. "God speaks seriously throughout the Bible."

Felicity In Black and White

The girls write that "it is not something to be glorified or portrayed by any means as something fun or attractive."

So we don't think that Felicity will be going trick-or-treating when she gets older.

Halloween, first of all, tends to glorify a lot of those things -- you know, people dress as witches and ghosts.

Also, the holiday itself is based upon an ancient religious festival of the Celtics, that involved honoring the dead while celebrating the year's final harvest.

While most see Halloween as fairly distinct from Samhain, which some still practice today, to the Duggars, it's a spiritual threat.

That said, Jeremy Vuolo has shown that he's less strict than Jim Bob and Michelle.

Just as Austin Forsyth viewed and reviewed the Marvel film, Thor, Jeremy has demonstrated that he doesn't share their views.

He believes that women can wear pants.

Might he one day allow his daughter to dress up as Batgirl or as a princess?

Maybe we'll find out.

For now, she's a literal baby and is perfectly happy wearing a headband that matches her mother's.

Jinger Duggar Shares Adorable Pics of Her "Little Family," Melts Fans’ Hearts

Hard to believe it's been three months since Jinger Duggar welcomed her first child.

These days, Jinger and her husband, Jeremy Vuolo, are loving their lives as new parents and sharing every moment of that joy on social media.

Perhaps it's because Jinger and Jeremy live in Laredo, Texas, far away from the rest of the Duggar clan in Arkansas.

Or perhaps it's because Jinger has harbored a lifelong love of photography.

Whatever the reason, the pics of little Felicity just keep coming, and fans can't get enough.

Jinger Duggar: Getting My Pre-Baby Body Back Was Easy!

It's been three months since Jinger Duggar welcomed her first child, and from the looks of her latest Instagram pics, the 24-year-old wasted no time in getting back to her fitness regimen.

Fans have marveled at Jinger's post-baby body, and many have asked the Counting On star for tips and tricks.

Jinger Duggar Post-Baby Body Photo

Fortunately, Jinger is happy to fill fans in on her weight loss methods.

Unfortunately, her followers might not be thrilled with Jinger's "secrets."

It turns out, Jinger has stuck to the basics in the months since she welcomed little Felicity into the world.

Insiders say she eats right and exercises a lot -- a fact Jinger confirmed with her latest Instagram posts.

Jinger and Jeremy and Daughter

Jinger and her husband, Jeremy Vuolo, currently reside in Laredo, Texas, and while they escaped the brunt of Hurricane Michael, their proximity to the Gulf Coast means the couple has faced some pretty wild weather lately.

But Jinger didn't let the rain and wind stand in the way of her daily jogs.

Jinger recently documented the stormy weather on her Instagram page and informed fans that it would not stop her from getting in a vigorous workout:

Jinger Running

"Perfect day for a run, she captioned the above photo.

As rich and famous as they are, the Duggars tend to eschew luxuries such as personal trainers and Hollywood trends like fad diets.

So it stands to reason that Jinger would favor the old-fashioned approach when trying to lose that last little bit of baby weight.

Needless to say, the old ways seem to be working for her.

Jinger Duggar Baby Pic

And one of Jinger's famous peers recently took notice.

“Uhm so that mama is looking fantastic. Congrats on your new baby girl!!! Little People, Big World star Tori Roloff recently commented on one of Jinger's pics.

“She gets prettier every day.

Jinger Vuolo

Jeremy was quick to second that opinion, responding, “She gets prettier every day.

Obviously, baby Felicity is Jinger's number one priority these days, but it seems she's also taking time to look after herself while Jeremy watches the baby.

Further evidence that, slowly but surely, the Duggars are joining the 21st century.

Better late than never!

Jinger Duggar to Mom-Shaming Haters: Leave Me Alone!

Back in July, Jinger Duggar welcomed her first child, a girl named Felicity.

Obviously, the months since have been filled with joy and togetherness for Jinger and her small family, but there's a downside to the situation, as well.

Jinger and Jeremy and Daughter

You see, like her sisters who became moms before her, Jinger enjoys sharing all the joys and challenges of life as a new mom on her social media pages.

For the most part, that means fans get to share in this blissful period in her life.

The downside, of course, is that -- to paraphrase our president -- the internet is populated with haters and losers, many of whom enjoy nothing more than raining on a young mother's parade.

"Jinger has busybodies commenting on everything she does so it’s not a huge shock that she’s getting grief over Felicity’s head wrap but it still upsets her," a Duggar insider revealed to Hollywood Life.

"She feels like she's constantly getting mom shamed since she had Felicity," the source adds.

"She had no idea it was going to be this bad. Jinger is doing her best to ignore the negativity and focus on the positive, but it’s hard."

Jinger, Jeremy and Felicity Vuolo

Yes, Jinger is more independent and free-spirited than her sisters -- but she's also more sensitive.

The vitriol from haters has had to do with everything from what Jinger and Jeremy Vuolo feed little Felicity to how they put her to sleep.

They've even been criticized for allowing the infant to get too close to a computer screen while Jeremy was watching an online lecture.

Jinger's Daughter

"Jer the light of the computer is not healthy for the eyes of your baby!!" one fan commented.

"Her eyes are still too delicate for screens like that," another added.

Needless to say, that sort of thing can take a toll on a young couple, but Jinge and Jer reportedly have no intention of easing up on their sharing.

Felicity Vuolo Birthday

The Vuolos waited to have a baby -- being married for over a year before Jinger got pregnant.

That may not seem a long time, but it's almost unheard of in Jinger's family.

Now that their bundle of joy has finally arrived, sources claim, the Vuolos have no intention of keeping their happiness to themselves, haters be damned.

Jinger Duggar Accused of Racism By Angry Mom-Shamers

Just a couple of weeks ago, Jinger Duggar was mom-shamed for making her baby wear gloves, which fans believe will hinder Felicity's motor development.

This time, however, they're getting parent-shamed for something else.

Are Jinger and Jeremy guilty of cultural appropriation?

Jinger Duggar, Jeremy Vuolo, and Baby Felicity at a Cubs Game

Felicity and Jeremy shared this sweet photo on Instagram.

The parents captioned it: "Took Felicity out to the @cubs game."

Felicity's hands are once again entombed within mittens, which her parents put on her to keep her from scratching her face with her sharp nails.

That was not the primary focus of the mom-shamers this time.

This time, the concern is over a couple of things -- first and foremost, that head wrap. Is it cultural appropriation?

Felicity at 2 Months

“This is racism," wrote one commenter very bluntly.

Another wrote that putting Felicity in the hair wrap was a "microaggression."

A microaggression, folks, is a subtle jab against marginalized people that they experience every day.

(Like asking an American of Asian descent where they're from, and not being satisfied with an answer like "Virginia")

Some also shamed the parents for taking Felicity to a loud public space, but that took a backseat to the head wrap.

True Thompson in Pastels

(Here is Khloe's daughter, True Thompson, for comparison, since a fan brought it up)

When one fan asked why it's okay for Khloe Kardashian's baby True to wear one, another fan explained.

"The difference is," the other fan wrote of Khloe. "Her baby is African American and entitled to wear one."

Another just thought that it wasn't fashionable, and wrote: "I really think a French beret is more baby appropriate and fashionable."

It looks plenty stylish, but the appropriateness of it is in question.

Felicity Vuolo Sleeps in Mittens

Some fans rose to Jinger and Jeremy's defense.

"Women of many cultures wear head wraps," wrote one. "There nothing specifically African-American about it."

That same commenter even cites an example: "Rosie the Riveter had a head wrap."

"I think the baby looks adorable," another writes. "Nothing to do with race. chill out people."

"I hope you do not listen to these negative people," that fan continues. "What is the problem that head was cover and she looks great."

"They are not the problem you are reading into it more than needed," the commenter claims. "Fashion is for everyone."

Jeremy Vuolo and Baby Felicity Vuolo

Cultural appropriation is a complex subject, in part because a lot of people don't realize when they're doing it.

What's more is that there can be real debate, even within marginalized communities, over what is and is not appropriation.

African head wraps are from sub-saharan Africa and predate the horrors of the trans-Atlantic slave trade.

In fact, head wraps were one of the few cultural symbols that African slaves were able to take with them to the Caribbean and to North America.

Unfortunately, some slave owners would force slaves to wear head wraps, which turned this cultural symbol into a symbol of oppression.

It is only in relatively recent decades that the natural hair movement has begun to reclaim the head wrap for black women in America.

Felicity Vuolo Smiles Adorably

As we said, this is such a complex subject. We are certainly not qualified to be the arbiters of what is and is not appropriation.

We will say that it's definitely true that multiple cultures have used head wraps.

We tend to believe that claiming something as one's own -- for example, having a bunch of mostly white runway models wear hair wraps -- would be appropriation.

Putting a baby in a stylish hair wrap, on the other hand? That seems a lot more benign.

Quite frankly, it's kind of nice to think that any members of the Duggar family are willing to learn from any other cultures.

Jinger Duggar Asserts Her Independence: I’m a Vuolo Now!

At this point, Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar are certainly no strangers to watching their kids leave the nest.

But none of the Duggar offspring has flown quite as far as Jinger Duggar.

After marrying Jeremy Vuolo back in 2016, Jinger moved with her husband to Laredo, Texas.

And just as the Duggars feared, she's strayed from many of the ultra-conservative beliefs she was raised with --  a fact that's evidenced in some recent photos of Jinger ...

Jinger Duggar: Mom-Shamed for Doing THIS to Her Baby!

Last month, Jinger Duggar shared a baby pic that raised some genuine fan concerns about sweet little Felicity Vuolo's health.

Now, she's shared a new photo, and followers are expressing new worries -- this time, about something that Jinger and Jeremy are doing to Felicity.

Jinger doesn't want to hear it, though, and has retaliated by turning off Instagram comments.

Felicity Vuolo Smiles Adorably

Everybody loves Felicity. She's precious and, unlike many of the Duggars, she's totally unproblematic. Because she's a baby.

But in recent photos, as you're about to see, Felicity is wearing a pair of little mittens that are just the size for her tiny baby hands.

Why is she wearing mittens in September?

Well, the American Society of Pediatrics mentions that mittens are a soft way to keep a baby from scratching her own face with her incredibly sharp fingernails.

But to hear some of Jinger's followers say it, Jinger is doing more harm than good.

Felicity Vuolo Sleeps in Mittens

The comments may no longer be visible on Instagram, but they really did accumulate in a short time before Jinger deactivated them.

"Those mitts are so stupid," insists one follower. "They need to self soothe and they can't with those mitts."

That follower continued, demanding that Jinger "get them off. They aren't going to take their eyes out."

Another wrote that Jinger's fine motor skills might become impaired by the occassional wearing of protective mittens.

"Free the hands!" that follower writes. "Better for her development."

Jinger and Jeremy and Daughter

Other followers, however, could not roll their eyes hard enough at the claim that these mittens were detrimental for baby Felicity.

"For goodness sakes," exclaims one follower at the discourse.

"If she wants to put gloves on her hands, it's entirely her choice," writes the defender. "Geez."

"Support one another's decisions," insists another. "Gloves or no gloves, it's a personal choice."

Jill Duggar has also made it clear that she is totally in support of Felicity's mittens.

Jinger's Daughter

Those comments all went the way of the dodo when Jinger wiped the slate clean on Instagram.

Some followers took to other recent photos that Jinger has shared to share their thoughts.

"Shame on all the haters...." writes one such commenter. "How do the think they would react being under a microscope 24/7...."

(This commenter is almost certainly of an older generation, as there is anecdotal evidence that they experience elipses on the internet differently than Millennials and Gen Z do)

"Women support women..." the commenter continues. "Lift them up not tear each other down...."

Jeremy Vuolo and Baby Felicity Vuolo

Admittedly, those defenders may miss the point. The point isn't to blindly support all parenting choices, but to support choices that are safe and not harmful.

Mittens appear to be safe and non-harmful. Mittens still allow for fingers to be wiggled, and in any case, it doesn't look like Felicity is wearing them at all times.

There are some truly terrible parents in the Duggar family -- starting with Jim Bob and Michelle. And most people wouldn't let Josh Duggar arounda  baby doll, let alone a real baby.

Perhaps mom-shamers should save their ire for a more deserving target?

Counting On Recap: Jinger Duggar Learns She’s Having a Girl!

Counting On suffers from the same problem as so many reality shows nowadays, in that its stars are so famous and so popular on social media that it's very easy to stay up to speed with what's going on in their lives.

Some have argued that these circumstances render reality TV obsolete, but Counting On remains as popular as ever, and last night's episode provided some potent reminders of why that is.

Jinger-ing All the Way

The installment served up major developments on different fronts, as the two most rebellious Duggar siblings each prepared for the next stage in their life.

Back in July, Jinger Duggar welcomed her first child, a girl named Felicity.

But at the time that Monday's episode was filmed, the young couple was still clueless as to the baby's sex.

"There was a lot of anticipation waiting to find out the gender," Jinger told the cameras of prior to her doctor's appointment.

Jinger Duggar and Daughter

"Who's the baby going to look like? We were both so thrilled."

Jeremy -- clearly overwhelmed by seeing an image of his daughter for -- struggled to put the profound moment into words.

"That's incredible," he said at one point.

"This was my first time ever being in an ultrasound, and the fact it's my child was astonishing," Vuolo later added.

Jinger Duggar: Ready to Pop!

"I was almost at a loss for words."

Despite some initial misgivings, Jeremy and Jinger opted to find out the baby's gender as early as possible, and lucky for us, the emotional moment was caught on camera.

"We opted not to be surprised so maybe we could have more time to reflect on the name, and maybe down the road we may choose to be surprised," Vuolo said.

"When the technician told us what we were having, we were both overjoyed," Jinger told the cameras.

Felicity at a Month

"We just could not believe it."

Just a few months later Felicity Nicole Vuolo entered the world at 8lbs. and 3oz.

And so far, fans have continued to share in every moment of her young life.

Of course, Jinger and Jeremy weren't the only ones gearing up for a life-changing moment on last night's show.

Josiah Duggar and Lauren Swanson Wedding Pic

Josiah Duggar and Lauren Swanson got married in June, and on Monday's Counting On, fans got a peek at the preparations as Lauren attempted to find the perfect dress for the occasion.

The Duggars and their fundamentalist community are typically very big on gender roles, but Lauren broke with tradition by bringing her dad along on her dress-shopping excursion.

“Before Josiah came into the picture, my dad was my very best friend," Lauren told the cameras.

"He was someone I always would talk to about anything if anything was wrong, and I really value my dad's opinion."

Swanson and Josiah Duggar

Of course, there are downsides to shopping with the guy who's footing the bill:

"I really wanted him to be part of it. My dad will probably be more concerned about the price, just knowing my dad," Lauren said.

"He's very frugal. I don’t necessarily like to pick the expensive things. I don’t tend, to but that happens.

Clearly, Lauren's not as conservative as the Duggars -- so it's a good thing that she found happiness with the most non-traditional of the Counting On clan.

Jeremy Vuolo, Jinger Duggar Gush Over Baby Felicity: See Her at Two Months!

Just days before Felicity Vuolo's two month "birthday," Jeremy and Jinger are taking to social media and gushing over their baby.

Fans had expressed concerns about the precious infant's health in recent photos.

But as fans can see, little Felicity is all smiles.

Jinger, Jeremy and Felicity Vuolo

In the absolutely precious photo that you're about to see, a grinning Jeremy Vuolo gazes warmly into the eyes of his infant daughter.

Baby Felicity lays on her back and smiles up at him.

According to the captions, this is a very common occurrence these days.

Jeremy writes: "She’s all smiles these days."

This is a truly touching and beautiful family photo. Take a look:

Felicity was born in July, as Jeremy and Jinger shared on the family website.

"God is so kind!" the post gushed. "Jinger gave birth to Felicity Nicole Vuolo this morning at 4:37 am."

And then they laid out her stats: "Felicity weighs 8lbs. and 3oz. and is 19.5 inches long."

"Both mom and baby are healthy, doing great, and resting well," they shared.

The post concluded: "We are very thankful for her safe arrival and look forward to life as parents"

Felicity Vuolo Birthday

Felicity will be two months old on September 19! Babies grow up so quickly, and the couple's fans and followers are happy to see pictures.

Of course, a recent photo of Felicity Vuolo raised concern among fans.

They looked at the adorable baby girla nd perceived that she looked "blue," which could indicate a problem with circulation or oxygenation.

A number of fans shared these genuine worries in the captions, not to be hateful, but simply out of alarm.

Fortunately, it looks like Felicity remains happy and healthy. Perhaps what followers perceived was merely a trick of the lighting?

Felicity at a Month

After Jeremy and Jinger shared the name of their young daughter, some were puzzled over its meaning.

(And no, it is not a reference to a Keri Russell character)

While you might not expect hardcore Christians like these two to name their daughter after a Roman deity (Felicitas), they explained that they named her after "a young Christian girl who lived long ago."

That is a clear reference to Saint Felicitas, a young Christian woman who was martyred alongside Saint Perpetua in the Third Century in Carthage.

The Vuolos are not Catholic, but clearly they felt a connection to Felicitas' religious convictions.

Jinger's Daughter

More to the point, however, Jinger and Jeremy explained that the name simply "felt right."

It is wonderful that Felicity smiles so much. Babies are not generally capable of giving a full smile when first born -- it is a skill that they develop.

But smiling is a great indicator that Felicity is successfully bonding with Jeremy and with Jinger, expressing a rush of excitement when she sees her parents.

Babies can be grumpy and they can cry, which is also normal and healthy, but it's always good to see a baby smile.

Let's hope that she continues to smile -- if Jinger and Jeremy prove to be better parents than anyone in Jinger's terrifying family.

Jinger Duggar Shares New Baby Pic, Raises Concern Among Fans

Jinger Duggar g had a reason to celebrate late last week.

But the way in which this reality star did show has given followers a reason to be concerned.

Allow us to explain...

Jinger and Jeremy and Daughter

On August 19, Jinger and husband Jeremy Vuolo gave fans a glimpse at their precious first daughter, Felicity Nicole, as a way to pay tribute to her first-ever birthday.

Felicity is only a month old, but still... that counts as a birthday.

Just ask any first-time parent.

To mark the occasion, Jinger posted a few pictures of her adorable baby on Instagram.

"Felicity is one month old today!" Jinger wrote as a simple caption to the following image:

Felicity Vuolo Birthday

Then, on Sunday, Jinger followed up this snapshot with two more.

The first leads this article up top and features the bundle of joy outside with her proud parents.

The second inlcuded with it a caption that reads "Those eyes!" because, well... just look at those eyes on young Felicity!

All these photos represent indisputable evidence that Felicity is pretty darn happy, healthy and cute, right?

Felicity at a Month

Actually, that may be wrong, some Internet users are now saying.

Indeed, while some folks out there have labeled the official one-month picture as one of the most endearing in social media history, something about Felicity's face and skin tone have others concerned.

"Wow, she looks blue. Is she okay? Seriously. I am not trying to be critical or mean,” one fan wrote as a comment, while another remark echoed this sentiment:

“I was really alarmed when I saw this picture. She is purple, and that’s not normal. You are right to comment as you did. I hope they take her in and get her checked out."

We don't think these people are trying to be trolls.

They very likely have a legitimate worry (in their mind) over Felicity.

But still.

Come on now, folks!

There's only so much you can tell by a picture and you should maybe think twice (heck, maybe even three times) before setting up such alarms online.

As another follower put it well, chill out with the "scary, negative speculation," okay?!?

The Vuolos, of course, live in Laredo, Texas, making Jinger the first Duggar sibling to relocate outside of Tontitown, Arkansas permanently.

Upon becoming a father for the first time, Jeremy gushed back in mid-July:

“God is so kind. Jinger gave birth to Felicity Nicole Vuolo this morning at 4:37 a.m.

"Felicity weighs 8 lbs and 3 oz, and is 19.5 inches long. Both mom and baby are healthy, doing great, and resting well.

"We are very thankful for her safe arrival and look forward to life as parents!”

As for why they chose Felicity as their chilld's name? We'll go ahead and let Jinger explain!

Jinger Duggar Celebrates Daughter’s 1-Month Birthday With World’s Cutest Pic

It's hard to believe it's been a full month since Jinger Duggar welcomed her first child, but lo and behold, little Felicity has been on this planet for 31 whole days.

And you know Jinger had to hit fans with an adorable b-day pic to give them a powerful case of cuteness overload.

Felicity Vuolo Birthday

That's Felicity at one month old.

As you can see, she's an almost impossibly adorable tyke, and fans have reacted to Jinger's birthday post with a torrent of giddy glee.

"Oh, my word! She is just precious!!! Perfect combination of mommy and daddy :) congrats y’all! God bless!" wrote one of Jinger's followers.

"She is absolutely beautiful. I believe I cried when she was born... I was so excited for you and @jeremy_vuolo ... enjoy each and every day, they grow up in the blink of an eye," remarked another.

Jinger's Daughter

"Beautiful princess...Daddy's eyes...the world's heart!" commented a third.

Like we said, the Duggar public is absolutely head-over-heels for young Felicity.

And they're pretty fond of her parents, too.

Last week, Jinger posted pics of her post-baby body, and fans expressed utter shock with impressive physical fitness.

As for Jeremy, he's the rare Duggar husband that actually seems more concerned with loving and supporting his wife and daughter than with securing a chunk of Jim Bob's fortune.

In other words, Jeremy is -- as many fans have pointed out during the past month -- the very definition of #DadGoals.

For many younger or less-conservative Duggar fans, Jingger and Jeremy are a breath of fresh air.

Yes, they're extremely old-fashioned by most standards (Jeremy still decides what sort of clothing Jinger is allowed to wear, for crying out loud.), but in Duggar World, they're a pair of rule-breaking progressives.

Obviously, there's the fact that Jinger wears pants in defiance of her family's dress code, but that's not her only act of rebellion.

Even the fact that Jinger and Jeremy waited a year after their wedding before trying to have a baby is an indication that the couple has no intention of being reined in by Jim Bob's strict rules of conduct.

Perhaps that's why fans are so excited about Felicity.

She's the first of the new-generation Duggars whose parents could actually be described as cool.

Jinger Duggar Earns Praise, Disbelief with Post-Baby Body Photo!

It's only been a month since Jinger Duggar gave birth to her first child with husband Jeremy Vuolo.

Jeremy shared a new photo of his wife, just weeks after she gave birth.

And fans are raving about Jinger's incredible post-baby body! Take a look:

Jinger, Jeremy and Felicity Vuolo

Jeremy and Jinger have explained the reason they named their baby Felicity.

And no, it's not because they're both big Keri Russell fans (though more than one of us here at THG has made that joke).

They just like the name, like its meaning, and felt that it fit their baby girl. It's a good name.

But while so much focus has been directed at the couple's first child, Jeremy's new photo features only Jinger.

He captioned the pic "Summer Saturdays," but Jinger's post-baby body is stealing everyone's breath away.

Jinger looks great! And the compliments came pouring in.

"Mind blown!!!" writes one fan. "Wow!!! She looks fabulous!! So gorgeous!"

"Jeremy, just fyi…a lot of women don’t bounce back like that!!" adds another fan who wanted to let Jeremy know just how lucky he is. "She’s stunning!!!"

"Wow, what baby?!?!" another fan asks. "Are you sure she had a baby? She looks amazing!"

(What Baby is a fan nickname for Avengers: Age of Ultron, but in this case, fans are just expressing amazement at Jinger's body)

Felicity Vuolo

Though Jeremy and Jinger have been parent-shamed for letting their newborn stare at computer screens, these comments were full of praise.

"Congratulations on baby Felicity," gushes a fan. "She is the most beautiful baby ever and I look forward to seeing more pictures ever I get so excited when I see a picture."

Well, then Instagram is the right place for them to be.

"She looks great since the baby," another fan writes simply. "Congratulations"

"I think the backlash that comes from your posts is so ridiculous," another fan laments. "My husband tells me all the time I get prettier as I get older. Best compliment ever."

"Jinger looks amazing!" yet another fan proclaims. "Both of your girls are BEAUTIFUL!"

That said, not everyone's comments were filled with priase.

"It’s like 200 degrees where you live," one person commented. "I can’t imagine long sleeves."

Some folks can barely stand wearing long sleeves in the winter.

"I still think it's an old picture," suggested someone else, who doubts that this is Jinger's real post-baby body.

Jinger-ing All the Way

It is always possible that post-baby body photos date back to before a pregnancy, but ... when it comes to Jinger and Jeremy, it's hard to see their motive.

That is something that you'd only expect to see from someone who has built their brand upon their body, in terms of physical fitness or sex appeal or both.

That is a far cry from Jinger, whose brand largely consists of her parents' fundamentalist beliefs that treat her as property whose purpose is to produce more children with the same beliefs.

We are very much inclined to believe that this is a genuine, recent photo of Jinger and that fans are seeing her post-baby body in this photo.

She looks great. She's also young, which can really help a person recover from pregnancy a little faster than they might a few years later.
