Safaree Samuels Accuses Nicki Minaj of Vicious Knife Attack

This wouldn't be the first time that Twitter lost its mind over Safaree Samuels, but this time it's much more serious than some pretty epic dick pics.

Nicki Minaj has a new album, and took some time to roast her ex, Safaree Samuels.

Safaree wasn't having it. On Tuesday, he took to Twitter to set the record straight.

In the process, as you're about to see, he accuses Nicki of having cut him with a knife, inflicting wounds that caused him to be wheeled out of the house on a stretcher.

He also says that he covered for her at the time.

Nicki has responded to only some of his accusations, and claims that she is saving the rest for he reply, which will come on Thursday.

1. Safaree is mad

Safaree vs nicki 01 hes mad
Nicki was "exposing" him while making the rounds for her album, and he did not care for that one bit.

2. He thinks that she needs to let go of stuff

Lindsay Lohan Is "Canceled Forever" After Bashing #MeToo Movement

In a perplexing interview, Lindsay Lohan slammed the #MeToo movement ... and said that coming forward with allegations of sexual abuse makes the accusers "look weak."

"I think by women speaking against all these things, it makes them look weak," Lindsay said. "When they are very strong women."

As if that weren't bad enough, she then went on to imply that maybe some of the young women shared harrowing stories of sexual harassment, abuse, and even rape were just in it for, you guessed it, "attention."

While that has been debunked time and time again, a lot of people were outraged and horrified.

We can only guess that they had forgotten that Lindsay had supported Harvey Weinstein, of all people, and encouraged his wife to stand by him.

Aisha Tyler, like so many others, took to social media to slam Lindsay.

When Aisha announced that Lindsay is canceled, it prompted a lot of discussion. Take a look:

Aisha received a lot of thoughtful responses. And also a lot of less thoughtful replies.

2. A classic internet burn

This is obviously a joke, poking fun at the fact that Lindsay hasn't really been culturally relevant for about a decade.

3. Survivors spoke up

Lindsay lohan slammed and canceled tweets 03 tough not weak
This tweet is absolutely right -- speaking up takes a tremendous amount of strength.

4. Others chimed in with support

Speaking truth to power is a brave act.

Kailyn Lowry Destroys Body-Shamer on Twitter: I Wear What I Want!

We all know that Kailyn Lowry isn't afraid to throw down, whether it's in a bonkers fight with Brianna DeJesus or when she's firing a producer who violated her trust.

So when some troll on Twitter had the audacity to try to body-shame her, it's no surprise to see her hit back.

Take a look at how she clapped back!

Kailyn Lowry, Burgundy Bikini

Some absolute troll took to Twitter to admonish Kail and her bff, Bone Estrada, to "dress more appropriately" for their "bodies."

The line about how they dress would have been bad enough on its own -- too many people feel entitled to tell women how to dress.

Adding "for their bodies" adds a layer of body-shaming, which is equally inexcusable.

The implication behind this gross sentiment is that people have to look a certain way in order to wear certain clothing.

Clearly, the dweeb who wrote this (now deleted) tweet felt that Kail doesn't have the "right body type" to wear what she wears.

Kailyn Lowry Smile

Kail saw it, quoted the tweet, and replied.

"We didn't ask you," Kailyn tweeted.

She's right -- neither she nor Bone asked. But that didn't stop this rando from projectile vomiting their terrible opinion onto social media.

"We," Kailyn affirmed. "Will wear what we want."

Good for them!

Kailyn Lowry in Her Calvins

Unfortunately, our society has an embarrassment of body-shaming.

As a plus size woman who is also a public figure, Kailyn bears the brunt of a lot of this.

For a variety of cultural reasons, a lot of people feel that they have a right or even a duty to tell women how to dress or how to appear.

The sheer audacity of someone on a street telling another woman what to do with her face -- usually to smile -- is just the tip of the iceberg.

On social media, these people rely upon relative anonymity and upon being part of a chorus of voices and say things that are even worse.

Kailyn Lowry Ad

Sometimes, these unwelcome statements and pieces of unsolicited advice are poorly disguised as sagely wisdom, for the receiver's benefit.

This is called concern-trolling, and it is never cute.

The person whose now-deleted tweet told Kail and her friend to dress differently for their bodies wasn't yelling abuse at them, and may have thought that they were doing the women a favor.

But women do not exist simply to be pleasant for someone to look at.

And, for the record, Kailyn looks just fine in whatever she wears -- but that's beside the point. Even if Kail looked like a gorgon, she could still wear whatever she likes.

Kailyn Lowry Topless

We're not saying that we always agree with Kailyn Lowry.

Her decision to reunite with Chris Lopez made a number of Teen Mom 2 fans uneasy, even though it was for Lux's first birthday party.

Like so many people (like too many people, really), Kail has been unlucky in love -- many times. Every time, really.

Despite that, she manages to be a total champ at coparenting, even though her relationships with a couple of exes are deeply complicated.

Good for Kail for standing up for herself and countless other women when she could have just ignored the trolling.

Rudy Giuliani Tweets the Word "You," Gets Roasted By All of Twitter

Rudy Giuliani has a lot on his mind these days.

After all, he's working for a guy whose employees keep getting fired and/or sent to jail.

Rudy Giuliani is Dismissive

At this point, America's Mayor is probably feeling like he has about the same job security as a defense against the dark arts teacher.

Paul Manafort is in jail; Michael Cohen has officially jumped ship; and at this very moment, Don Jr. is probably considering starting over in Moscow and dropping Kimberly Guilfoyle from some young Ruskie state propaganda mouthpiece.

That leaves old Rudy to swoop in and save the day, not unlike that time he came off the bench and sacked the QB in his final game at Notre Dame.

We should probably fact-check that one, but who has the time?

Anyway, it looks like the pressure is starting to get to Rude Boy, who got mercilessly dragged over the weekend after experiencing his own "covfefe" moment on Twitter.

Giuliani Tweet

As you can see, Rudy tweeted simply the word "you."

Now, as far as we can tell this isn't some sort of profound statement about the importance of the ego in 21st century America.

In all likelihood, Rudy simply hit "send" when he didn't mean to.

We like to think he was about to launch into a Seinfeld-ian "you ever notice?"-type rant about the plastic things on the end of shoelaces.

But that might just be an association we're making based on the fact that, like the show, Giuliani should have stayed in 1990s New York.

This being 2018, of course, Rudy was roasted within an inch of his life for his Twitter ineptitude.

Rudy Responses

Now, many of Ru-Giu's defenders have pointed out that this is the sort of mistake that could happen to anyone.

And they're absolutely right.

It's easy to mess up on social media.

People tweet out the wrong thing all the time ... just ask Anthony Weiner.

Which is a very good argument for politicians staying off of social media, or at least being much more careful about the content that they post.

Sure, it's not like Rudy threatened the president of Iran or anything, but it's only a matter of time before someone in the Trump administration sparks an international incident, and it's gonna be so embarrassing when future generations find out World War III started over an emoji.

Danielle Bregoli to JoJo Siwa: Cash Me Ousside, Howbowdah?!

Every photo of JoJo Siwa contains the sort of forced exuberance that you expect to see from an adult actor on a TV show aimed at preschoolers.

In the mean time, everything about Danielle Bregoli seems to be the culmination of every parent's nightmare. She's an amalgam of personality problems and it's making her rich

It's not a surprise that these two are feuding. It's just a surprise that it's taken this long.

JoJo Siwa

This feud between 15-year-old girls began when a grown adult woman decided to take to social media to post a lengthy rant about why one was better than the other.

"I've seen people make fun of this girl many times because 'she's acting too young,'" writes a woman named Nicole.

"I don't know too much about her," the woman writes of JoJo. "But all three of my girls love her."

She's 15 years old and a face of Nickelodeon," the post continues. "She also is a spokesperson for Michael's Arts and Crafts store."

"There are GROWN WOMEN on some of her posts who are trashing her because of the way that she acts."

After decrying this, this grown woman then goes on to trash a different 15-year-old girl for the way that she acts.

Danielle Bregoli JoJo Siwa Feud 01

Nicole whines about Danielle Bregoli, who "has publicly disrespected her mother, danced half-naked on the internet, dressed like she's grown, etc."

Many would point out that all of those activities are very age-appropriate for a high schooler.

"I would much rather have girls love JoJo," she writes. "Than 'Bhad Bhabie.'"

The woman then writes a line that has only ever been used by bad people: "And people wonder why the kids these days act the way they do."

"People like JoJo are made fun of for being young while people like 'catch me outside' girl makes [sic] millions being a delinquent."

JoJo Siwa Image

In and of itself, that sounds like a woman who is trying to defend a teen girl against unwarranted trolling (while also making some mostly fair criticisms of another teen girl).

JoJo Siwa -- or whoever runs her social media accounts -- boosted this post, adding her own words:

"This post means so much to me," the JoJo Siwa tweet reads.

"Thank you Nicole for writing this! I love being a positive role model," she writes. "And I want everyone to know it’s ok to be a kid and to not worry about growing up so fast!"

The tweet concludes: "To everyone who supports me, I LOVE YOU!"

Danielle Bregoli vs JoJo Siwa

Would you care to guess who didn't particularly care for ... any of this?

Danielle Bregoli herself quoted JoJo's tweet, adding a few choice words of her own.

"Suck my dick," Danielle tweeted. That's a fair and, frankly, age-appropriate response to seeing another girl your age boost a post dedicated to bashing you.

JoJo hadn't said anything directly bad about Danielle at that point -- she'd just promoted a post that did.

After Danielle's tweet, that changed.

"Exactly my point," JoJo writes while quoting Danielle's tweet.

JoJo Siwa vs Danielle Bregoli

We've definitely been hard on Danielle in the past, because, well, she did very much become famous because of her delinquent behavior.

But she's turned unfortunate circumstances into a success story -- and she's still a literal child. That's impressive.

Danielle Bregoli is breaking records with her music, and was nominated for 2018 Billboard Music Award for Top Rap Female Artist earlier this year.

JoJo is also a success story, absolutely, but while it is never appropriate to harass her with comments about her appearance, we should be honest.

Danielle's behavior -- awful and occassionally criminal though it may be -- is wildly more age-appropriate than JoJo's.

Danielle Bregoli, Tongue Out

JoJo's look is clearly designed to appeal to a certain demographic -- young children and their easily scandalized parents.

Danielle is appealing to people within her own age range, and it's working. Part of that is because Danielle reads like an authentic teenager and not as a cartoonish caricature.

We're sure that JoJo will one day be able to shed this look and live as herself. For now, she's a minor and she's making money by catering to kids. Whatever makes her happy.

But she should know that one can accept a compliment without agreeing with insults aimed at someone else.

Demi Lovato: Stars Shower Her With Love After Overdose

After recent revelations that she had lapsed from her sobriety, Demi Lovato was hospitalized with a reported overdose.

Though we are still learning more about the situation, it was initially reported as a heroin overdose. Some reports of what caused the overdose are conflicting, however.

When the news first broke, it was unclear if she would even survive the night, and thoughts and prayers from countless millions of fans poured in.

Many celebrities, friends and exes and colleagues of Demi's and even just those who are fans or familiar with her struggle with addiction, took to Twitter to shower Demi with love.

5. Lady Gaga

6. Ariana Grande

Chloe Bennet: Dating Famed Douchecanoe Logan Paul for Some Reason …

Chloe Bennet is the star of Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. and an incredibly talented, stunningly beautiful actress. She's also a good person.

Logan Paul is a consummate YouTube star in the worst ways. Some were fortunate enough to have never heard of him before his video mocking Japanese suicide victims went viral at the beginning of the year.

For a while, they've been rumored to have been dating. And it is with heavy hearts that we confirm that this is true.

Chloe Bennet

On Wednesday, one concerned fan's question was able to confirm a mildly disturbing rumor.

"Hey @chloebennet," a fan asked on Twitter. "I’m seeing rumors you are dating l*gan p*ul? just wondering why you would do that"

Note that this was the fan's censorship of Logan Paul's name, not ours (though that censorship can be a smart move on social media).

Celebrities don't always respond to questions about dating rumors, even when they're true. But Chloe did reply.

"'Cause he’s kind, creative, funny, vibrantly curious about life, weird as f--k in all the best ways, a big dork, and he’s one of my best friends," Chloe replied.

"It doesn’t make sense to a lot of people," Chloe admitted in the same tweet. "But it doesn’t have to. He’s changed my life for the better and I’ve done the same for him."

Logan Paul Selfie

Some may be wondering why someone would censor Logan's name in a tweet or why people would ask why any self-respecting person, particularly a woman of Asian descent, would date him.

The Twitter user who asked the question in the first place explained in a pair of follow-up tweets.

"I should have included the context within which I was inquiring: considering his past anti-Asian racisms," the tweet reads. "I 'censored' his name so that I wouldn’t have to deal with his stans (so its non-searchable) eating my ass bc I don’t actually like them."

That same Twitter user also responded to the answer that she received, writing:

"I appreciate that @chloebennet took the time to respond with her side of the story," she tweeted. "I don’t like him any more than I did before, but this is her life and her choice -- that’s the end of it."

That is a very healthy point of view.

Chloe Bennet Image

In case the revelation on Twitter wasn't enough,

TMZ's cameras caught Chloe and Logan out and about in Beverly Hills, where they confirmed their relationship with a high five.

After what has apparently been some time of secrecy, they're finally dating out in the open.

This might be alarming for a lot of Chloe's fans, but ... even though she's a public figure, how much of this is their business?

Logan Paul, Tiny Mustache

Is Logan Paul a human garbage fire? Yes.

Over a month after the widespread controversy over his video in Japan's infamous "suicide forest," he filmed himself tasering a dead animal for some reason.

His behavior was so bad that YouTube once again suspended his ads.

Remember, folks, YouTube is a site whose algorithms often lead impressionable teens to Nazi recruitment videos. If you're not meeting their content standards, you're either really bad ... or showed some forbidden nipples.

But that does not mean that Chloe Bennet does not get to make her own decisions.

Chloe Bennet Photo

We're inclined to say that the Twitter user who asked her has the right idea when they write "this is her life and her choice -- that is the end of it."

Besides, who among us hasn't dated or hooked up with a hottie with a terrible personality and struggled to justify our decision to friends?

You don't have to like Logan Paul to support Chloe's right to follow her own path.

And Chloe absolutely should not be held accountable for her boyfriend's bad behavior.

Also, despite my frustration, this reminds me that I really should catch up on Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.

Donald Trump Interrupts The Bachelorette, Gets Blasted by Furious Fans

Just because you follow The Bachelorette Spoilers and know how things end doesn't mean that you don't want to enjoy the episode in peace.

But, this week, The Bachelorette was interrupted by the exact opposite of peace -- it was an announcement of Donald Trump's Supreme Court pick.

And the Bachelor Nation was pissed.

Chris Harrison warned viewers in advance that Trump would be preempting the broadcast.

But the Bachelor Nation has been waiting for ages to watch Colton Underwood tell Becca Kufrin that he's a virgin.

Most people get their breaking news from Twitter and their in-depth coverage from online articles these days, so it was understandably difficult for many people to understand why they needed to waste 20 minutes of their lives.

And, as you may have heard, Trump isn't exactly hitting any record highs for Presidential popularity.

So the Bachelor Nation took to Instagram to vent their fury and frustration. Take a look:

1. Fans were pissed

Bachelorette interrupted tweet 01 end of repro rights
This tweet shows that you can care about politics but still be furious that you're missing your show. People can do both.

2. Is this evidence of Trump hypocrisy?

Bachelorette interrupted tweet 02 caring about women
Honestly, "caring about women" is not really part of his brand.

3. This has happened before

Bachelorette interrupted tweet 03 second time
Remember when Trump interrupted Bachelor in Paradise? What does he have against the pursuit of love?

4. The language became colorful

Bachelorette interrupted tweet 04 audacity
It takes a lot of audacity to interrupt primetime television and take twenty entire minutes to read one name.

5. Trump was not what the Bachelor Nation wanted to see

Bachelorette interrupted tweet 05 blakes date not orange face
Seriously. And now everyone wants to know how Blake's mom feels about what he decided to share with the world.

6. This is what you'd call a swing voter

Bachelorette interrupted tweet 06 becca gif
That's probably an easy promise to make. Unless you have some sort of pathology that makes you crave the spotlight so much that you schedule a briefing for primetime.

Ariel Winter: Quitting Twitter Because of Hateful Trolls

While Instagram is still happily showing Ariel Winter getting her butt grabbed, the Modern Family star has taken a step back from Twitter.

She is, at least, explaining her absence, but it's not good news.

Ariel has been driven off of the social media platform because she is absolutely exhausted by the constant harassment. And she might drop Instagram next.

Ariel Winter, Makeup-Free Selfie

In a statement to Entertainment Tonight, Ariel Winter's rep explains why the Modern Family star has suddenly vanished from Twitter.

"Ariel has taken a break from Twitter," the statement explains. "And engaging with commenters on her other platforms."

You can engage with fans on just about any platform, but Twitter sometimes feels like nothing but that -- and it can wear you out.

Ariel is stepping back "because of the constant negativity she experiences," the statement says.

People on the internet can be cruel -- especially if you are famous and especially if you are a woman.

Ariel Works Out and Shades Critics

"She needs a moment to breathe and enjoy herself," the statement continues.

Of course. Everyone, no matter how famous, deserves that.

And the statement makes clear that Ariel wants to be able to live her life "without judgement."

Good for her.

Ariel did not only speak up through her rep.

In her Instagram story, Ariel warned fans that she is "in the process of deleting all social media."

Fortunately, her Instagram remains up -- for now.

Ariel Winter Butt Grab Photo

Back in 2016, Ariel was singing a different tune when she spoke to Entertainment Tonight about her use of social media.

"I don't really think I'm telling myself, 'You should post this, you shouldn't post that,' I feel like I'm just having fun," Ariel said at the time.

She explained why she offered so many glimpses into her life, saying: "I like my fans to see what I'm doing."

"I'm not going to fight with someone on my Instagram that tells me they don't like my outfit or I should put my butt away," Ariel said.

That's good. It's her body and, within Instagram's rules of use (which totally allow butts), she can share whatever photos of it she likes.

"I'm sorry you think I should put my butt away," Ariel said in 2016. "But just unfollow me."

Ariel Winter Hot

That is good advice. Unfortunately, not advice that many people take.

Instead, there are certain trolls who thrive off of eliciting a reaction -- especially a negative one -- from famous women on the internet.

These trolls are drawn to beautiful women, but for some reason seem determined to shame these women for showing (or even having) the bodies that these trolls often admire.

Of course, these trolls may also tell beautiful women that they're ugly, or say anything else to hurt that person's self esteem.

It doesn't make sense, but vicious cruelty on the internet doesn't have to be logical to drive people from the internet.

Look at how Star Wars actress Kelly Marie Tran was driven from Instagram by harassment. And now, Ariel Winter's been driven away from Twitter.

Ariel Winter Bares Her Butt for LaPalme

We imagine that what's changed for Ariel Winter since 2016 is that trolls are more emboldened than ever before. It's also that she probably got tired of the hate.

What seems like a bracing difference of opinion at one point can get really old two years later.

Additionally, Ariel is happily in a relationship with Levi Meaden. A lot of hateful comments have been directed at their romance, at him, and his career.

It can be a lot harder to weather comments about someone you love than it is to see hate directed at you.

We hope that this well-deserved rest does Ariel a lot of good. We'll certainly miss her tweets.

Woman Tweets Airline Meet-Cute, Sparks #PlaneBae Controversy

Twitter has erupted in controversy, folks.

Not over the color of a dress or the sound of a word this time, but over the right to one's privacy while on board an airplane.

Earlier this month, a Twitter user named Rosey Blair was flying to Dallas when she asked a young woman if he would switch seats with her so that she could sit next to her boyfriend.

The woman obliged, moving just one row up, right in front of Blair, and paving the way for a viral meet-cute.

Indeed, Blair proceeded to live-Tweet the interactions and the exchanges between this man and the man who took the window next along her side, sparking an unexpected controversy across social media.

Was Blair just being funny, providing a few chuckles for her followers by chronicling a pretty cool turn of events?

Or was she being way creepy for invading the privacy of these individuals?

Scroll down, learn more and decide for yourself.

1. Here We Do...

First, Blair explained what had just transpired and what she HOPED would subequently transpire. She got followers ready for what was to come.

Ariana Grande Defends Pete Davidson From Warring Fans: Stop This S–t!!

After only a few weeks of dating, Ariana Grande and Pete Davidson got engaged. Whether they just clicked right away or Pete's impressive dong played a role, this is joyous news.

But while the majority of Arianators are overwhelmed with happiness, a few bad apples keep trying to start drama.

Ariana herself is stepping in and calling out bad fans to nip this "war" in the bud.

Ariana Grande and Pete Davidson Affection

There are plenty of fan accounts out there, across social media, that do nothing but post updates and photos of Ariana Grande.

That means reposting stuff from her social media, it means news blurbs about her social life, and it means snaps of her when she's spotted in public.

After one Ariana fan spotted Pete Davidson flipping the bird at paparazzi cameras, they expressed concern.

Spoiler alert: he was not flipping off fans.

Ariana Grande Blasts "Fan War"

Ariana herself swooped in to correct the (probably very young) fan.

"R u nuTS??????" Ariana explains, saying that Pete was flipping off "the PAPS..not YOU……???? ever…???"

It's so sweet of her to be so reassuring. But her tone does become a little starn.

"Stop w this s--t. please. forreal," Ariana pleads. "i love y’all too much for this."

You never want to see your fans stirring up drama out of thin air.

Ariana insists: "Enough w the ig / twitter war thing. it ends now."

Ariana Grande Rides Pete Davidson

Ariana continues to reassure her fans.

"Y'all r so loved," the singer makes clear.

She really does absolutely adore her fans -- as she should.

Ariana implores her Arianators: "Stop trying to start s--t."

That is good advice. Ariana is so happy in her life and doesn't want things to take a turn for the worst.

"Everything is so beautiful right now," Ariana writes.

Of course! Her new album's about to drop, she's engaged, she's happy. Oh, and Tuesday, June 26 was her birthday.

As for imagined conflicts, Ariana says: "I'm over it."

Big Mood, as some of her young fans might say.

Ariana Grande and Pete Davidson, Harry Potter

Ariana Grande has released a couple of singles to help build up excitement for her new album.

"No Tears Left To Cry" is a powerful ballad. For "The Light Is Coming," Ariana collaborated with the incomparable Nicki Minaj -- with whom she had worked on "Side to Side" for her Dangerous Woman album.

Ariana mentioned elsewhere on social media that one of her lyrics from "The Light Is Coming" is about troublemakers.

Specifically, she writes: "It’s about people & their loud ass opinions making them deaf to others & the light."

That's fair.

Pete Davidson and Ariana Grande

As we mentioned, Tuesday was Ariana's birthday! She is 25 years old -- finally old enough to rent a car, even though anyone who doesn't know who she is would probably still card her if she went into a bar.

(Though, let's be real ... who doesn't know who Ariana Grande is? Imagine leading such an empty life and take pity on any such person)

Some people tried to crack bad jokes about Pete Davidson "robbing the cradle" when he and Ariana started dating, but nothing could be further from the truth.

Pete is still 24. He's a few months younger than Ariana.

He's just 15 inches taller than she is, folks.

We know that Pete feels like he won a contest and acts like he doesn't deserve to be with Ariana, but they're both great and they both deserve happiness.

It's a shame that some fans can't help but see drama where it doesn't exist. We can't say that it's a surprise, though.

Maci Bookout Struggles on Naked and Afraid, Receives Major Support From Fans

Teen Mom OG fans spent several months anticipating Maci Bookout's appearance on Naked and Afraid.

And we think it's safe to say they didn't quite get what they were hoping for.

Maci's wilderness adventure was a short one, as the mother of three struggled mightily during her time in Nicaragua.

Some viewers stated that they had hoped to see more of Ms. Bookout, but most applauded her courage in taking on such a challenge.

And as a bonus, her happy-go-lucky partner definitely earned some new fans!

1. Maci Bookout: Both Naked and Afraid

Maci spent the past week hyping her appearance on the show, and she was clearly excited to share the experience with fans.

2. TV's Toughest Show

Maci bookout appears on naked and afraid
No show on television tests the limits of human endurance quite like Naked and Afraid, and very few contestants last the full 21 days. So Maci certainly isn't alone in not completing the challenge.

3. Badass Attitude

Maci bookout naked and afraid intro
In her intro video, Maci referred to herself as a badass, a word that's often used by TMOG fans when describing the tough-as-nails mother of three.

4. Firestarter

She described her preparations for the show, revealing that she spent a lot of time working on starting fires without the aid of matches or a lighter. At first, it seemed that all that hard work paid off.

5. Early Success

Maci bookout on naked and afraid
Maci and her partner -- an ICU nurse named Justin -- managed to build a fire on their first day in the wilderness -- a rare accomplishment on Naked and Afraid.

6. No Match For Nicaragua

No match for nicaragua
Unfortunately, that would prove to be Maci's final triumph in the jungles of Nicaragua.

Woman Calls Police on 8-Year-Old Girl Selling Water "Without a Permit"

Remember when that woman called the police over black people barbecuing? Over the weekend, there was yet another incident of a white woman getting very worked up over what appears to be black people existing.

This time, a woman announced that she was calling the police over an enterprising 8-year-old girl selling water on a hot day.

And yes, the woman's angry phone call was caught on camera -- even though she tried to hide.

Permit patty 02

An 8-year-old's idea to sell water at San Francisco's AT&T park would be seen as clever to some. One woman, Alison Ettel, was apparently unfuriated.

Twitter user Raj shared a video on Twitter.

"So my little cousin was selling water and didn't have a permit," Raj tweeted. "So this lady decided to call the cops on an 8 year old. #PermitPatty"

In the video, the 8-year-old girl's mother can be heard saying: "you can hide all you want. The whole world is going to see you."

Ettel, after ducking behind a stone wall to hide, explains that she is calling the police because the little girl lacks a permit to sell water.

She and the mother disagree about whose property the girl is on, but that is honestly beside the point.

Most people consider calling the police on an 8-year-old who is perfectly safe and also not harming anyone to be reprehensible.

The video went viral, and Raj followed up on Twitter.

"I can't reply to everybody bc it's been so many responses," Raj tweets. "But my family thanks you all for the funny comments memes & words of encouragement."

Raj continues: "My little cousin is doing okay for those who are asking and her mom is going to be pressing charges for harassment."

Obviously, as always seems to be the case, some people played devil's advocate. Some people won't accept that racism may have been a factor until they've eliminated every other possibility.

Raj had some words for them.

"For all of you saying it's not about race why didn't she stop to harass the white mean that we're selling tickets and teeshirts," Raj asks. "But thought calling the police on a child was okay?"

Raj quickly clarifies that she is not asking for answers; her question is rhetorical.

"Don't answer. Just ask yourself that."

Here, you can see Ettel ducking behind a wall when she realizes that she is being recorded.

Raj follows up those tweets by making it clear (though we think that it was obvious to most) that she is not suggesting that this behavior is universal to white women.

"Clearly I didn't mean every single white woman," Raj tweets. "But it's a reoccurring pattern all the videos I've seen of black people minding their business it's a white woman harrashing them & threatening to call the police."

Raj then points out that while having the police called on you can change anyone's life forever and for the worst, one never knows when one of those "bad apple" police officers will show up and turn an unpleasant day into someone's last.

Raj tweets: "y'all do realize police kill black people for any reason they want."

Sadly, many racists in uniform then go on to get away with it.

But it doesn't appear that Ettel hesitated to make her phone call.

Someone on Twitter who saw this video remarked that they had observed in these recurring viral stories that "white people call the police like they're customer service."

8 year old girl selling water

(This, by the way, is the entrepreurial 8-year-old who was selling water)

Alison Ettel spoke to The Huffington Post in an effort to defend her actions ... sort of.

First, she says that she was totally justified in calling because the water-selling was just too darn loud.

"They were screaming about what they were selling. It was literally nonstop. It was every two seconds, ‘Come and buy my water.’" Ettel claims. "It was continuous and it wasn’t a soft voice, it was screaming."

We don't like noise that much either, but the video makes it clear that this is a crowded park area.

She also says that she didn't really call the police, claiming that it was just a bluff.

"I have no problem with enterprising young women," Ettel claims. "I want to support that little girl. It was all the mother and just about being quiet."

Ettel herself has a business, a cannabis tincture company aimed at dogs called Treatwell Health. Magnolia Oakland has announced that it will no longer carry her products.

"It was stupid,” Ettel admits. “I completely regret that I handled that so poorly. It was completely stress-related, and I should have never confronted her."

Ettel continues: "That was a mistake, a complete mistake. Please don’t make me sound horrible."

She also insists that there was no racial component to her outrage and claims that she ducked behind the wall, not to hide, but to hear the security guard to whom she says that she was speaking.

If the park was so loud that she had to duck and hide (conveniently when she sees someone recording her), that begs the question of how she was able to single out an 8-year-old girl and her mother as the noisy culprits.

We all wish that Ettel had made better choices. Perhaps no one wishes this as firmly as Ettel.

The next time that someone tries to attribute this kind of behavior to southern "rednecks," remember that a California woman who sells marijuana to dogs made a fuss over an 8-year-old girl.

Ariana Grande: Impressed By, Not Yet Impregnated By Pete Davidson Dong

It turns out that Ariana isn't the only person in her relationship who is, well, Grande.

Ariana Grande responded to an awkwardly phrased fan question by claiming that fiance Pete Davidson's penis is very large. She got specific.

But she insists that, despite shotgun wedding rumors, her appreciation of what Pete is packing hasn't gotten her pregnant ... yet.

Pete Davidson and Ariana Grande, Funny Faces

Pete Davidson already has two Ariana tattoos, but that decorative ink might not be the part of him that's nearest and dearest to Ariana's heart.

An Arianator on Twitter asked the singer, who has been engaging with fans left and right on social media because she's a delight, a question:

"How long is Pete?" the fan asked, before quickly clarifying: "Oh, as in the interlude!"

That's a fair question that's normal to ask about musical guests. We have no idea if this person's tweet was intended to begin that way or really was just awkwardly phrased.

Ariana, however, decided to just ... blurt out her answer.

Take a look:

Ariana Grande Twitter Comment Pete Davidson Penis

"Like 10 inches?" Ariana replied.

Global averages for penis length tend to hover between 5.5 inches and 6 inches, which would make Pete Davidson very impressive.

Ariana then, within the same tweet so that you know that her reply was deliberate, answered the fan's real question.

"Oh f--k ... I mean like a little over a minute," Ariana answered, referring to the length of Pete's interlude.

Do you care to guess which part of Ariana's reply garnered more attention?

Ariana Grande and Pete Davidson, Harry Potter

One fan responded by tweeting a still of meme queen Tiffany "New York" Pollard.

In this particular image, the reality star is saying: "I know his dick is big. I know it. I know it's big! Oh god my heart hurts."

Arianators are clearly enjoying imagining that Ariana's statement is true. In fact, many saw it as confirmation of what they already suspected about the 6-foot-3 Saturday Night Live star.

If Pete's megameat is really 10 inches in length, then that would put it at a whopping one sixth of 5-foot-0 Ariana's total height.

On that note, another posted a photo of Ariana out and about with Pete.

This fan wrote: "This is how you look at someone that’s taking a battering ram to your cervix."

The internet is good, actually.

Ariana Grande Fertility tweet

Rumors have been bandied about since news of Ariana's engagement first broke.

Because it happened so quickly, some fans could not help but wonder if Ariana was pregnant.

One fan parodied this notion, editing Ariana's album art to show disdain with an eyeroll.

For caption, this fan wrote, using the Spongebob Squarepants mockery meme style of alternating capitalization: "aRiAnNA Is PreGnNanT."

Ariana responded to this post and a number of follow-up comments.

First, she warned fans that these rumors would be recurring, writing: "oh this s--ts gonna be every other week now enjoy!"

Ariana also tweeted: "mood for the next few years til i’m actually ready #fertilequeen."

A fan wrote that Ariana and Pete would make the cutest babies.

"Oh absolutely but ......... innnnnnnaaaaawhile," Ariana replied, followed by a see-no-evil monkey emoji.

That is smart. She's a smart young woman.

Pete Davidson and Ariana Grande

Ariana is such a delightful spirit and she has an amazing sense of humor.

So ... there's no way of knowing whether she's being serious about how well endowed her fiance might be.

If he really is sporting a 10-incher, that might help explain their warp-speed engagement.

But Ariana is such a savvy Slytherin (just look at her uniform above), and it's entirely possible that she said this to steer the conversation away from her vacant uterus and towards her fiance's crotch.

There's nothing wrong with that. She filled her fans with delight.

Not unlike how Pete presumably fills ... you know what? Never mind.

The general Twitter consensus seems towards Ariana seems to be one of celebration with an undercurrent of pics or it didn't happen.

Chloe Dykstra Speaks Out After Chris Hardwick Denies Allegations

Last week, Chris Hardwick was accused of emotional abuse and sexual assault by his ex-girlfriend, Chloe Dykstra. She didn't name him, but readers were easily able to connect the dots.

Hardwick strongly denied the horrifying accusations, which included claims of intensely controlling behavior, of using her sexually, of sickening emotional manipulation, and of working to end her career after their breakup.

Now that a week has passed, Chloe is opening up about what the powerful responses to her story meant to her.

Chloe Dykstra Selfie

"It’s been an intense couple of days," Chloe writes on Instagram. "I have a few final words to say before moving forward. The link is in my bio. Sending love to all."

That link leads to Twitter, where Chloe prefaces her lengthy and heartfelt words.

"Thank you all," she tweets. "From the bottom of my heart."

This is when her actual message begins.

"Thank you all so, so much, Chloe writes. "The outpouring of support and love I’ve received over the past few days has been incredible and unexpected."

Unexpected because so many women who accuse famous, popular men of misdeeds end up villified, harassed, threatened, and even doxxed by angry fans.

Chris Hardwick and Chloe Dykstra

"The people who have come forward with both stories validating mine," Chloe writes, she sends her thanks.

Many on social media responded by saying that they had been through an experience similar to the one that she described.

In addition to the validation, Chloe appreciates the people who sent "stories of their own personal experiences."

That, she reveals, had a powerfully positive impact on her.

Chloe writes that those personal accounts "have helped me immensely with my own healing process."

It can be powerfully therapeutic to realize that you are truly not alone in your experiences.

"After years of therapy and rebuilding," Chloe writes. "Your support has done so much more for me than all of it combined."

That makes sense, though we hope that her therapist doesn't take it personally.

She is referring to a widespread phenomenon in which those who have been abused -- whether it's emotional abuse or brutal violence -- second-guess their own experiences and almost try to convince themselves that what they describe wasn't half bad.

Part of that is society's pressures for survivors to keep silent. Part of that is the mind games that abusers play with their victims. Part of that is just human survival instincts run amok, basically.

"This whole experience has opened my eyes to so much," Chloe's post continues.

Chloe Dykstra, Mirror Selfie

Chloe says that she has learned a lot, "and my heart goes out to those trapped in unhealthy or abusive relationships."

She has sympathies for those "who haven’t found the strength to leave" these toxic situations.

That might sound victim-blamey, but it takes a tremendous amount of strength to break through the fog of manipulation and threats in which many abusers trap their victims.

Chloe also acknowledges "those suffering in the workplace due to abuses of power or unfair treatment."

Not everyone can simply leave, and she knows that.

If you have a four-year-old child at home and you're their only provider, you might grin and bear it as you get harassed or groped at work because you don't feel like you have other options.

Her heart goes out to all of those people, "and especially to those that don’t feel their voice can be heard the way mine has."

Chloe Dykstra has fans and followers, despite the alleged efforts to ruin her career after her breakup.

"It is my hope, and it always was," Chloe writes. "That women and men on both sides of abuse will make changes to either protect themselves, or to stop the cycle of pain their own behavior can cause."

Honestly, stop being awful is a very modest request of abusers.

"These behaviors are insidious and often hard to spot," Chloe warns. "We make excuses for them and, bit by bit, we can lose ourselves entirely."

Chloe Dykstra Photo

"Despite recent events," Chloe continues. "I hope that everyone personally affected by my story can to find their own closure."

Closure can be a key part of recovery. It's not always possible, but it's helpful.

She suggests that they might do so "through the support of loved ones and friends, the way I have."

Note that she doesn't specifically identify family. She is probably very well aware that, for many people, family is the source of this nightmare, not the haven from it. That is so sad.

Chloe adds that "in addition, my heart goes out to those caught in the fallout."

Sometimes, when you call out something bad that someone did, you lose friends or make things uncomfortable with others.

Some people lose half of their family when they flee their abuser.

Chloe feels that, even though doing so was absolutely terrifying, coming forward with her accusations was a huge weight off of her shoulders.

"Having been able to lift from my shoulders that which was weighing me down," Chloe writes. "I’m ready to move forwards in my life, finally."

That is so beautiful.

And moving forward is precisely what she intends to do "instead of looking back with fear and sadness."

We wish her luck!

Kim Kardashian: I Got This! I Can Fix Twitter, Everyone!

Kim Kardashian is riding high these days.

And why shouldn't she?

The often-maligned reality star achieved something legitimately impressive this month, talking President Donald Trump into commuting the sentence of a 63-year old name Alice Marie Johnson.

Kim Kardashian on Board

Johnson had been in prison for over two decades due to a non-violent drug offense and had been sentenced to spend her life behind bars.

But Kardashian's activism on regard to this issue helped set Johnson free.

Now, Kim has set her sights on an even more challenging goal:

Convinving Twitter to FINALLY add an Edit button to its interface!

On Monday, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star wrote on social media that she talked up Twitter co-founder Jack Dorsey at a party and felt positive about the progress she made on this issue.

“I had a very good convo with @jack this weekend at Kanye’s bday and I think he really heard me out on the edit button,” wrote the 27-year old mother of three.

Kim Kardashian Insta Pic

This whole Edit button thing has been an issue pretty much since Twitter burst on to the Internet scene.

As it stands now, one cannot go back in and change any spelling mistakes - or any mistakes or any nature - after a Tweet goes live.

One must either delete the original Tweet and post a new one, or share a second Tweet that amends the first Tweet.

We'd have to imagine this has become Kim's new major cause after she met with President Trump, America's most prominent terrible speller and misguided Twitter user.

(Remember the Covfefe disaster?)

Dorsey responded to Kim's Tweet with one of his own, writing:

“Now I see why I was invited [to that party]!” to which the fashion maven responded:

“Hahaha never! Kanye loves you! But I had to bring it up."

With the Edit button among the most pressing of concerns for the general public, Internet users jumped on their own accounts and showed Kardashian with praise for this effort.

“Thank you for your service Kim,” one fan tweeted, while another chimed in as follows:

“I third this motion."

Having an Edit option could have maybe benefited West a a few weeks ago after the rapper garnered major backlash for expressing his support for President Donald Trump.

The rapper called the Command-in-Chief his “brother” during a Twitter rant in April, prompting Kardashian to defend her husband... via Twitter, of course.

“When he spoke about Trump," explained Kim. "Most people (including myself) have very different feelings & opinions about this.

"But this is HIS opinion. I believe in people being able to have their own opinions, even if really different from mine. He never said he agrees with his politics."

Ideally, though, you just know Kardashian wishes she could have gone in and changed some of Kanye's wording.

At some point down the line, perhaps she'll be able to.
