Celine Dion Pulls R. Kelly Duet From Streaming Services

Celine Dion has had it with all the R. Kelly news and allegations, and she’s doing what she can about it — taking down their collaborative musical efforts off all streaming services!!!

The legendary singer is following Lady GaGa‘s lead, and pulling off I’m Your Angel, a duet she and Kelly had initially recorded for her 1998 holiday album These Are Special Times.

Per TMZ, that song is now “in the process of being pulled” by Celine’s team. Good call!!!

I’m Your Angel reached #1 on the Billboard Hot 100 in 1998, and stayed there for six weeks before being certified platinum. All told, it sold more than 1.5 million copies and was even nominated for a Grammy now more than two decades ago.

The song (and video) are pretty iconic, honestly — everything Celine does is iconic! And yet… R. Kelly plays a major role in both song and video, as you can see (below):

Very, very visible… and vocal… and yeah, probably a good idea to shut this one down right now.

No argument from us!!
