Is the catwalk about to collapse on Anna Wintour’s career?
Fashion designer Ralph Rucci sure hopes so, as he said André Leon Talley‘s scathing critique of the famed Vogue editor “opened the door” for more brutal honesty from those who have worked with her!
The 63-year-old took to Instagram on Sunday to applaud Talley for calling out Wintour in his upcoming memoir last week, and shared his own thoughts about the fashion icon — whom he described as “evil,” “destructive,” and “without substance.”
As we reported, Talley made headlines when excerpts of his autobiography, The Chiffon Trenches, accused Wintour of being “incapable of human kindness” and leaving him with “huge emotional and psychological scars.”

Well, according to Rucci, many more psychological scars are about to be exposed. Alongside an old photograph of himself and Talley together, he wrote:
“Now you DO REALIZE that a door, locked for years, out of fear of retribution for truth, has been OPENED WIDE… My dear friend and man of such vision, intelligence, and hurt [Talley] has spoken forth regarding the British woman who works at Vogue [Wintour]. I am proud of him for taking this step because there has been so much personal evil and destruction, and now perhaps others will feel safe to speak.”
Rucci went on to say that he and Talley have “emailed and photographed proof” of their “evil memories” of Wintour, adding that “many, many [other] people” have also bad-mouthed the industry titan.

He continued:
“I will write about what I had to contend with concerning this very, very meaningless person who deeply knew that she had no substance to exist in the realms of [previous Vogue editors and employees] Snow, Vreeland, Mirabella, Orton, Weir, and thus she had to ice berg her self to float through the sea.”
The designer then claimed Wintour operated with a “satanic plan,” adding:
“It’s a severe injury to the brain to realize that we have tolerated this mediocrity in our metier for almost four decades.”
OMG, so icy!

What do U think of Rucci’s remarks, Perezcious readers? Will more fashion folk come out of the woodwork to call Wintour out? Or is none of this groundbreaking?
