At some point in the future, Joy-Anna Duggar and Austin Forsyth will start a family.
As you may tragically know by now, the Counting On couple suffered a miscarriage this summer, with Joy-Anna having to actually give birth to a stillborn baby after 20 weeks of pregnancy.
Just the biggest nightmare imaginable, really.
But the husband and wife have made it pretty clear that they do plan to try again some time soon...
... and now they know exactly where they'll raise this precious family-to-be.
Indeed, Joy-Anna and Austin just purchased a new home, guys!
"Sooo... WE BOUGHT A HOUSE and YES! We plan to settle down and live in this one for awhile!" wrote Joy-Anna on her Instagram page this weekend, adding at the time:
"After a year and a half of camper living we’re so ready!!!"
Austin himself has bought and flipped numerous houses during his marriage to Joy; that's mostly how he makes a living.
However, the couple has never actually resided in any of these homes for more than short periods of time, having spent a bulk of their marital life living in a large RV.
"I love living in the camper, but I’m ready for more space and a little more organization!" Joy-Anna understandably added in her post.
She also gave followers a mini description of the house, which we're guessing we'll be seeing plenty on our television and computer screens down the line.
"This house has 3 beds and 3 baths and its a very open floor plan! We are just fixing up the basics... flooring, trim, new countertops, & fresh paint!" the reality star wrote.
Here's the thing, though: There's something pretty important that Joy-Anna left out of this synopsis:
The house formerly belonged to Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar!
And Joy-Anna and Austin paid $10 for it!
That's not a typo. They paid $10 for the home, according to real estate records obtained by The Ashley, and also $10 for a parcel of land alongside this home.
Per these court records, both pieces of land have been in the Duggar family since at least 2010, with Jim Bob and Michelle having purchased one parcel in 2010 for about $30,000.
The other parcel was originally owned by Joy’s grandma, Mary Duggar, who passed away earlier this yearl
Also noteworthy? Joy and Austin’s new neighbors are Joy’s cousin, Amy Duggar King and her husband Dillon!
Overall, it sounds like the residence is a bit of a fixer-upper, but also that the couple is hard at work... fixing it up.
“It’s awesome. So we are slowly but surely painting the cabinets. When Austin paints, Gideon and I go hang out outside,” Joy said in a new Instagram video, adding:
“And then we come back in to help him clean up and whatever. So, hard at work! Can’t wait to show you guys the progress.”
