Paul Rudd Reveals His Simple Secret To Never Aging!

We all know Paul Rudd is immortal, right?

Well, he’s not totally on board with the fan assessment. Speaking in a new Men’s Health profile about his newfound internet persona as an ever-youthful magical creature, he admitted:

“I see some things that people are politely not acknowledging.”

Though the Ant-Man & The Wasp: Quantumania star laughed it off, too:

“I’m certainly happy that people don’t say the opposite. Like, God, he looks a hundred years old! It’s flattering, but at the same time, I never know what the response is supposed to be.”

In this case, since it’s Men’s Health, the best response would be to tell everyone what it is you do to keep it so tight! We mean, the man may age, but it’s certainly at a superhumanly slow rate compared to most of us.

Well, obviously there’s all the working out he’s done to become a Marvel superhero. He had to radically change his diet and exercise regimen. He eats tons of eggs and salmon and protein shakes. Explaining a day in the life of an unlikely action star, he details:

“I get up and I have a cup of coffee, and then I do cardio before I eat anything. I never would’ve done that before [Ant-Man]. I lift weights, hopefully at least three times a week. And I’ve learned so much about how my body reacts to foods, how it reacts to exercise, and where I’m happiest and how much it affects me mentally… If I’m in this suit, running around playing a character who’s supposed to be a superhero, I just feel better. And I feel less like an impostor.”

But that’s all secondary to the main thing most people need to change. The secret to Paul Rudd’s fountain of youth. It’s so simple and yet ignored by so many. Just one word. He says:

“Sleep.”

Yep. That’s his #1 most important advice. He says that’s the first thing everyone should look to improve:

“Then diet. Then weights. Then cardio. People ask me, ‘Can you send me your meal plan? How many times a week do you work out? Do you drink? Do you eat carbs? Do you have a cheat day?’ The most important part of training is sleep. People will set their alarm and then sleep for four hours and they’ll get up so that they can train. They’re doing themselves a disservice. If you can somehow get eight hours of sleep…”

Wow. It really is something we all take for granted. Lack of sleep makes us cranky, fatigued, wrinkly, confused. Of course it makes us older!
