The Rock Has Been ‘Practicing Making Babies’ In Quarantine With His Wife!

The Rock is keeping busy in quarantine. And by that, we mean he’s getting busy!

During a fan question and answer session on his Instagram, Dwayne Johnson revealed that he and wife Lauren Hashian have butted heads, but also had alone time while social distancing:

“Last night, we poured ourselves a couple of glasses of Teremana [tequila]. We had a nice little toast of gratitude, and then we started practicing making babies again. You’re welcome. I showed her why they call me The Rock.”

All jokes aside, it seems like the pair have really gotten the chance to work on their relationship while spending so much time together:

“The effect the quarantine has on my marriage 🧟‍♂️🧟‍♀️🖤 @laurenhashianofficial and I are doing our best during these stressful times. We realized kinda quickly how critical it was for us to be ultra considerate, caring and empathetic of one another. Be even better listeners. Even better communicators.”

The 47-year-old also offered up some words of wisdom for any couples struggling in quarantine together:

“You’re gonna get snippy, short tempered and you guys may erupt at each other over some silly s**t like we did. When that happens, grab your partner by the shoulders, like I grabbed Lauren. Look them directly in the eyes and say with full 💯 conviction, ‘baby, you’re not wrong…. you’re just not used to being right’ and then count the seconds it takes for you both to belly laugh your assess off.”

Great advice!!

He also opened up about his thoughts on being famous. The father of three candidly shared on Friday:

“My answer to this has evolved over time. I don’t hate it. I don’t love it like ‘Oh I need to be famous,’ but I’m grateful for it. I keep the meter at neutral there because I don’t like to overreact to fame, I try to underreact to it.”

But his guidance for those looking to find fame? Don’t focus on it. The Hobbs & Shaw star mused:

“Instead, work hard to become good at something. Then work harder to become great. Then work even harder and put in the 10, 15, 20+ years to become MASTERFUL. Fame will come. Or maybe it won’t. Either way, fame is fleeting but your legacy is forever.”

Ch-ch-check out what else he had to say (below):

@laurenhashianofficial and I are doing our best during these stressful times. We realized kinda quickly how critical it was for us to be ultra considerate, caring and empathetic of one another. Be even better listeners. Even better communicators. Recognize that during these times, we’re not operating at full brain & emotional EQ capacity as we usually are. You’re gonna get snippy, short tempered and you guys may erupt at each other over some silly shit like we did. When that happens, grab your partner by the shoulders, like I grabbed Lauren. Look them directly in the eyes and say with full 💯 conviction, “baby, you’re not wrong…. you’re just not used to being right” and then count the seconds it takes for you both to belly laugh your assess off. Then sip some @teremana later that night and make some more babies. You’re welcome 😉🥃 Stay healthy, my friends. Dr. Rock

And am I sick of taking selfies🤳🏾😂 Fame is a very funny and dangerous thing. It can be highly deceiving, cold blooded and set you down a dark path that ends in self destruction if you let yourself buy into your own fame. I started to become as asshole about my fame when I was a famous pro wrestler in my 20’s, (and I wore a fanny pack 😂🤦🏽‍♂️) until one fateful night changed my perspective and self awareness and GRATITUDE for the rest of my life. My advice to teenagers, young adults or anyone who wants to be famous/ Don’t worry about being famous. Instead work hard to become good at something. Then work harder to become great. Then work even harder and put in the 10, 15, 20+ years to become MASTERFUL. Fame will come. Or maybe it won’t. Either way, fame is fleeting but your legacy is forever. Mahalo for the great questions 🌍 and keep ‘em coming. Most importantly, stay healthy my friends. D
