'1000-Lb. Sisters' Star Tammy Slaton's Husband Caleb Willingham Dies at Age 40

Tammy Slaton is mourning the death of her husband Caleb Willingham.

On Saturday (July 1), the 36-year-old star of TLC’s 1000-Lb. Sisters confirmed that her husband had died at the age of 40.

“I am devastated to share the news of my husband’s passing,” Tammy shared in a statement with People. “He was my best friend and I loved him dearly.”

“When I met Caleb he became my guardian angel and now he really is watching over me,” Tammy continued. “Our families appreciate everyone’s sympathy and ask that you respect our privacy at this time.”

TLC added, “We are deeply saddened to learn of Caleb Willingham’s passing. Our condolences go out to Tammy, his family and friends at this difficult time.”

As of right now, Caleb‘s cause of death has not been revealed.

Tammy and Caleb met at the Windsor Lane Rehabilitation Center in Gibsonburg, Ohio, in 2022. They married in November at the rehab center in front of 30 close friends and family members.
