Judge Orders Kevin Costner's Estranged Wife Christine to Vacate Their Home - Here's His Reaction

A source is speaking out about how Kevin Costner feels after a judge sided with him and ruled that his estranged wife Christine Baumgartner had to vacate the home they once shared as a married couple.

After filing for divorce following 18 years of marriage in May, the Yellowstone actor took steps to remove Christine from their home.

She responded in turn and has filed requests for child support, which Kevin has in turn reacted to.

An update came from the courts on Wednesday (July 5), prompting a response from insiders.

According to People, the judge ruled that Christine should be out of the home by the end of July. This is something of a compromise as it’s two weeks later than Kevin‘s request but a full month before she was asking for.

Despite not getting exactly what he requested, an insider said that Kevin “was relieved” by the decision.

“This is all about Christine,” another said. “Kevin has gone above and beyond in providing Christine the necessary means to find a suitable place for her to move.”

As the battle turns to child support, an insider close to Christine claimed that “she wants Kevin to provide what they are used to.”
