Sam Smith is rounding out the Barbie soundtrack!

After much social media speculation, the 31-year-old “Unholy” singer-songwriter confirmed the news on Monday (July 10) that they’re the final artist set to appear on the highly anticipated soundtrack for the summer film.

“I cannot begin to express how incredibly excited I am to be a part of the soundtrack to this already iconic film,” Sam began in a statement.

“I was invited by the incredible @MarkRonson and Greta Gerwig to write a song from the perspective of Ken for one of the scenes and we honestly had so much fun with this,” they continued.

“I cannot wait for you to hear what we’ve created together.”

The song is called “Man I Am,” and arrives on July 21 alongside the movie.
