Kelly Osbourne is explaining why she went into hiding during her pregnancy.

If you didn’t know, the 38-year-old TV personality and boyfriend Sid Wilson welcomed son Sidney in late 2022. While she shared periodic updates on pregnancy, she never shared any photos of herself pregnant and stayed out of the spotlight.

On Tuesday (August 1), Kelly took to Instagram to share a photo from a recent visit to the set of The Masked Singer, and one person took to the comments to ask a few questions about Kelly‘s appearance.

“Did you have work done on your neck, face?” the user wrote. “You look quite different. Also I never saw a pregnant picture of you, did you hire a surrogate to carry your child? Thank you for your transparency.”

Kelly then wrote back, revealing the cosmetic work she’s had done and explained why she stayed out of the spotlight during her pregnancy.

“It’s just from weight loss. Honestly I’ve only had Botox,” Kelly responded. “There are no pictures of me pregnant because I hid for 9 months because I did not want to get fat shamed.”

In a recent interview, Kelly opened up about going to rehab and shared why she’s “terrified” about relapsing.
