Gisele Bundchen is celebrating Tom Brady‘s son Jack‘s birthday!

On Tuesday (August 22), the 43-year-old supermodel took to Instagram to share some cute photos with Jack along with a heartfelt message in honor of his 16th birthday.

:Happy birthday Jack! I can’t believe that you are turning 16! I remember when you were just a little peanut and now you are towering over me,” Gisele wrote.

She continued, “I am so lucky to have you in my life and I will always be here for you no matter what! Love you so much!❤️”

Along with the message, Gisele shared a throwback photo of herself holding Jack as a toddler as well as more recent photo of the two of them standing back to back.

She also shared a photo of Jack with her and Tom‘s, 46, two kids – son Benjamin, 13, and daughter Vivian, 10.

If you didn’t know, Tom shares Jack with ex Bridget Moynahan. He had just started dating Gisele when Bridget found out she was pregnant. All three have remained very close as they co-parent their kids.
