Lizzo and her team are settling one lawsuit with her dancers as the recent one heats up.
The 35-year-old “Truth Hurts” hitmaker was sued by 3 former dancers earlier this month. In the lawsuit, they accuse her of sexual harassment and creating a hostile work environment. She maintained her innocence in a lengthy statement.
Amid that news, we are learning that 14 other dancers sued Lizzo over her documentary Love Lizzo. They reached a settlement, and the details have been revealed.

According to the Los Angeles Times, the lawsuit stems from footage of the dancers conversing on camera that was included in the final cut of the document. They allege that they did not consent to the video clips, taken during the 2019 Video Music Awards, being shared.
An attorney representing Lizzo said that she “had nothing to do with it and knew nothing about it.”
A solution was reached with the dancers, and they were paid for the use of the footage. The outlet noted that the payout totaled $109,551, with each dancer being paid between $7,092 and $7,545.
The news comes following a report that Lizzo is planning to sue the three dancers involved in the newer lawsuit. Amid all of this, she received a message of support from her dance team.
