Ariana Grande Says Bullying From Fans Led Her To Change 'Yours Truly' Album Cover

Ariana Grande is opening up about the album cover of Yours Truly, and revealing that there was another option for it.

In a Q&A session on TikTok in celebration of the 10 year anniversary of the album, the 30-year-old singer shared that there was another photo that she wanted to use for the cover.

In the ask and answer session, Ariana said that she changed the original photo because fans did hate it.

The photo in question had her sitting on a blanket of fallen pink rose petals, with a pink background behind her.

“Well, it’s horrible – it’s not horrible, (but) you were right,” she said, before adding that fans got very angry with it. “I was very sad about that and I changed it.”

While she hated changing it then, Ariana now agrees that the black and white photo that was chosen to grace the album, was a better option.

However, Ariana says that back then, it felt like fans were bullying her into changing it.

“You were right, but you’re not always right. Your bullying has been consistent for the past ten years, so there’s that,” she shared, before adding that fans’ comments makes her question everything. “It leaves me with wounds that make me question everything I’ve done since.”
