Olivia Rodrigo‘s fans have been clamoring for months to figure out who she is singing about on her chart-topping single “vampire,” and now some are doubly convinced that it’s about her ex Adam Faze. They even found “evidence” to back the theory up.
The 20-year-old GUTS superstar dropped the song earlier this summer, instantly sparking questions about who inspired her.
Some thought it was about ex Zack Bia, and he even addressed the speculation.
Others were sure it was about Taylor Swift, and the whispers got so loud that Olivia had to clear the air.
Now, a viral theory on TikTok is suggesting that it might be Adam, who she was romantically linked to from June 2021 through February 2022. A fan is making a compelling case, but we’ve got some bad news for them!

In a video on TikTok, a fan shared a screenshot of a 2021 post from Adam‘s Instagram page. Olivia liked the post when it went up. She also left a comment: “vampires never age.”
Olivia‘s like is still on the post. However, the comment appears to be deleted. It is unclear when it was removed or if the image in the clip is edited.
Interestingly, there has already been speculation that “vampire” was about Adam, but an insider shot the rumor down. “The song isn’t about Adam Faze,” they told People.
For what it’s worth, Olivia recently addressed a common misconception about her songs and who they are about. She also revealed the deeper meaning to “vampire.”
