Emma Stone Returns to TV in 'The Curse' with Nathan Fielder, Showtime Reveals Show Will Debut on Streaming First

Emma Stone will be back on television this fall in the new series The Curse, which is a co-production of Showtime and A24.

The Oscar-winning actress previously starred in the limited series Maniac, which was released on Netflix in 2018.

The Curse is billed as “a genre-bending series that explores how an alleged curse disturbs the relationship of a newly married couple as they try to conceive a child while co-starring in their new home-improvement show.”

Emma stars alongside The Rehearsal‘s Nathan Fielder and Oppenheimer‘s Benny Safdie, who co-created, executive produced and wrote the show. Nathan also serves as a director while Emma also executive produced alongside husband Dave McCary.

Showtime just announced that the show will premiere on streaming first!

The series will first premiere on streaming and on demand for all Showtime and Paramount+ with Showtime subscribers on Friday, November 10. The show will have its on-air debut on Showtime on Sunday, November 12 at 10pm ET/PT.
