Lala Kent is marking a very special occasion.

On Sunday (October 22), the 33-year-old Vanderpump Rules star took to Instagram to celebrate five years of sobriety during a trip to Disneyland with 2-year-old daughter Ocean.

“I’ve been sober for 5 years today. On this day I replay my rock bottom moment,” Lala wrote. “All the details of what happened on this day. Waking up, admitting I was powerless, and for the first time in many years seeing the light at the end of the tunnel.”

Lala continued, “I’m so grateful for this day. I will continue to work hard for my sobriety, & take a moment of silence for the alcoholic who still suffers. I see you- I love you. Thank you, God. Happy birthday to me!”
