Busy Philipps had a terrifying moment exactly one year ago.

The Cougar Town actress took to her Instagram account to mark one year since she fell down the stairs backwards outside of her townhouse in New York City.

Busy revealed that she miraculously survived the moment without even a scratch on her body.

“ONE YEAR AGO TODAY, I fell backwards down steep townhouse steps (sober) and didn’t have a scratch on me- not even where the pumpkin bounced off my ass,” Busy said.

Busy continued, “Listen, i remember thinking 2022 was the heartbreaker, but I was wrong. The truth is, 2022 was pretty okay until everything that came after that fall (I AM ONLY TALKING ABOUT MY OWN PERSONAL LIFE EXPERIENCE) So anyway, i decided that I’m calling this year finished. It’s over. Today was the last day of last year for me and tomorrow it’s all fucking new. Goodbye 2023! I am v. excited for the new year that starts tomorrow. I’ll see you guys there.”
