Sami Sheen is looking for a clean slate.
Denise Richards and Charlie Sheen’s daughter took to TikTok on Tuesday to announce the latest cosmetic tweak she’s in the market for: tattoo removal! But before she bids farewell to her body art, the 21-year-old took fans on a little “tattoo tour”! She said in her video:
“I’m removing every single tattoo on my body, so I figured I would do a tattoo tour.”
The former OnlyFans content creator went on to offer her reasoning behind wanting to start fresh:
“The reason I’ve never done a tattoo tour is because I’m severely insecure about all of my tattoos. I got all of them before any part of my brain was developed. I started getting tattoos when I was 16 years old, so you can only imagine what is on my body.”
Oh no! There really is a reason you should wait to start doing that…

She went on to break down each tattoo “in order” beginning with her “very, very first” one — butterflies and dominos:
“I was 16 years old when I got this. It’s the butterfly effect. I found this tattoo on Pinterest, and it just is not what I wanted at all.”
She went on to show off another tattoo of a bear carrying a flower:
“All my tattoos from when I was like 16 till I was 18 were very thick. I don’t know why the lines are so thick.”
Third up was a cherub smoking a joint — Sami’s “least favorite” of her collection:
“I got my least favorite tattoo that I have when I was 17. It’s this cherub smoking a joint, holding a really, really crooked wine glass. Don’t even ask, okay? This is the worst tattoo that I have. I purposely wear baggy shirts to cover this one tattoo.”
Next up was a “cute little cow” which features a heart on its forehead:
“I found all of these on Pinterest, by the way. I got this just because I love animals so much and don’t eat meat anymore. But I don’t want to be, like, that annoying person that says that. So, yeah, this is just because I love animals.”
The next piece of ink Sami showed fans featured a quote that says:
“We accept the love we think we deserve.”
But she’s NOT a fan:
“You can’t even read it because it was done so horribly. Also, by my cousin, f**k you.”
Ha! She then showed a rose on her wrist which she “actually [doesn’t] mind” — though she revealed she “didn’t even want it” to begin with:
“All these tattoos are from my cousin, who was practicing tattooing on me. And I was a stupid teenager that wanted tattoos and didn’t care.”
On her wrist, Sami revealed an “11:11” tattoo above a ladybug “that is the size of beetle before revealing the HUGE piece she got for her 18th birthday: massive angel wings on her back — art she’s debating whether she should keep or not:
“Moving on, I turned 18 and now I can finally go to a shop. This tattoo on my back is the first tattoo I got the day after I turned 18. I wanted to die. It was so painful. I don’t know if you can see it. I actually think I might keep those just because that will be the most painful thing in the world to remove, but everything else has to go.”
She continued:
“After I got those wings done, I got my two fairies.”
She showed the fairies on her forearm, adding:
“I love these so much, but they’re just in such an obvious place, and the field of work I want to get into, I don’t know how smart it is to have tattoos on my arm, but I don’t know. I’m going back and forth if I should remove these or not, but I really love my fairies. They’re so cute.”
She went on to show a a tattoo of a bow she got “when bows were trending” and a “matching horseshoe” she got with her ex-friend:
“So this is your sign not to get a matching tattoo because I really think they’re bad luck.”
She then showed off a cowboy boot tattoo:
“And then this boot was done at a really weird shop. It was a walk-in appointment. The lady was so creepy. She was showing me and my friend photos of her friend’s nudes. Yeah, I don’t know. I was really uncomfortable, and this is not what I wanted at all.”
Ummmmm?!?!
Next up, she shared a tattoo of the lyrics “Not my responsibility” in a nod to the Billie Eilish song, then a rainbow she got “at my first pride parade” — following by a disco ball, and a Chrome Hearts cross she doesn’t want to “talk about.”
Finally, Sami showed off her final and most recent piece, a photo-realistic tattoo of her late dog Sugar, whom she had for 16 years:
“I got this tattoo by my foot because he always slept at the foot of my bed.”
Awww! That’s actually really sweet. She ended the video:
“There’s my tattoo tour. I am so excited to see all of these tattoos leave my body, but it is going to take probably two years, so I’m dreading it.”

She’s got a long road ahead of her, but it’s definitely achievable! Just ask Pete Davidson! Sami didn’t offer a reason for why she wants to get the ink removed, but she has expressed interest in becoming a model — that’s why she was planning to leave OnlyFans behind.
Earlier this year, Sami revealed she also had intentions to get her breast implants removed after experiencing breast implant illness. So definitely some buyer’s remorse on some of these big decisions she made as a teen!
