Rumer Willis is in her feels this week!

On Wednesday, the 37-year-old actress took to Instagram Stories to post a video of herself wiping away tears as she strolls through the woods. Rumer revealed she needed “a good cry” by herself as she is dealing with the challenges of being a single mom.

As you know, she has a 2-year-old daughter, Louetta “Lou,” whom she shares with Derek Richard Thomas. The parents broke up in August 2024. And parenting alone isn’t easy for Rumer. She wrote in the caption:

“Just had a good cry in the woods… some days being a single mom is hard. She is not hard (ever) but some days doing everything alone can be.”

Oof. What made her day worse? Demi Moore and Bruce Willis’ daughter added:

“Wow, and I just realized I have food in my teeth…really winning today.”

Aww, no! Every parent has been there before! You got this, Rumer! Even though she had a moment, the 90210 alum tried to appear optimistic, giving a smile and thumbs-up to the camera. See the post (below):

It’s OK! Sometimes, you need a good cry! Rumer later re-posted a motivational quote that said:

“I will succeed because I am insane.”
