The Bravolebrity appeared on CNN’s New Year’s Eve Live broadcast alongside Anderson Cooper in New York over the holiday — and had people talking about WAY more than just 2026! Appearing in a gray turtle neck sweater and powder blue puffer jacket, the Watch What Happens Live host looked noticeably more radiant than his usual studio lighting allows… and quickly got fans speculating about whether or not he underwent plastic surgery!

Across X (Twitter), fans wrote things like:

Well, speculate no longer! Because Andy just revealed the secret behind his new look!

During Monday’s episode of his SiriusXM show Andy Cohen Live, the 57-year-old responded to fans’ curious inquiries:
“I am so flattered. I love the speculation that I have dramatically changed my face.”
Andy denied getting anything major done — but did fess up to a few tweaks:
“I got the teeniest bit of Botox. I got four minor veneers in front. I mean, they’re pretty minor.”
So that’s what it was!
The TV star also admitted to asking the makeup crew to go extra heavy on the bronzer before he got in front of CNN’s New Year’s Eve cameras:
“She’s like, ‘Are you OK?’ I’m like, ‘Yeah, warm me up a little bit. Give me some more tanner.’”
On Threads, one user poked fun at Andy’s look:
“WTF did he do to his face?!? Is he trying to find a new husband at Mar-a-Lago?”
But the reality TV guru didn’t shy away from addressing the comment. He responded:
“Did the smallest amount of Botox and lost 20 pounds! And had a lot of makeup on.”
Monica Lewinsky also backed him up in the replies, calling him “[very] handsome.”
