Nothing like gearing up for the courtroom battle of your life… with a little time out on the golf course!
Wait, are we talking about Donald Trump‘s impeachment? Surprisingly, no! This time it’s Lori Loughlin‘s husband, Mossimo Giannulli, spotted on a Toluca Lake, California golf course over the weekend hitting shots and making putts, all seemingly without a care in the world!

Normally this wouldn’t be super big news, but it’s in our wheelhouse now because the 56-year-old fashion designer isn’t too far away from appearing in court for the trial that could send him and his Fuller House spouse to prison for a LONG time. So, to see Giannulli comfortable enough to let his hair down and play golf is an interesting look, to say the least. (BTW, if you want to see the pics, go HERE.)
In a way, it makes perfect sense that the clothing designer appears to be so blasé about his legal future; after all, as we’ve been reporting time and again, he’s apparently the one who keeps insisting the couple fight, fight, fight against the feds rather than take a plea deal and end this whole thing now. Clearly, there’s something in Giannulli, whether correct or completely misguided, that believes the feds don’t have a case, and the couple can walk away unscathed.
That’s a big risk, considering a guilty verdict could potentially net the couple DECADES of prison time. And we know Lori has not been taking the stress very well at all, so to see Mossimo out and about golfing as if life were going on as completely normal… it doesn’t exactly scream “supportive husband” in this context, does it?!
Court’s Coming Up…
For Mossimo and the 55-year-old Summerland alum, their next court date will come on January 17, 2020 — another preliminary hearing to their trial, it’s something they won’t personally need to appear for, and should be taken care of by their lawyers.
As you’ll recall, the couple has pleaded not guilty to all charges against them in the ongoing college admissions scandal, including conspiracy to commit federal programs bribery, conspiracy to commit fraud, money laundering, and mail fraud. If found guilty on all charges, Olivia Jade‘s parents may both face up to 50 years in prison.
