Uh oh! Are things rocky once more for Jenna Dewan and Channing Tatum?
As we previously reported, the Magic Mike star recently filed new legal docs this week asking to lock down a set visitation schedule with daughter Everly for various holidays, including Thanksgiving, Halloween, Winter break, her birthday, Father’s Day, and Mother’s Day.
He’s also looking to set consistent FaceTime dates with their offspring, but apparently, things aren’t being handled as amicably we hoped they’d be.

Per TMZ sources, it’s starting to get nasty regarding the proposed custody schedule, which was sent to the judge on Tuesday, all because Miz Dewan claims to have already signed off on the plan. Apparently insiders close to the expecting momma are calling it grandstanding, while others close to Jessie J‘s love interest say it’s B.S. because the ENTIRE schedule was not agreed to, only some of it.
Unfortunately, this may only be the beginning of a messy battle over time with their daughter.
Additional sources revealed to the publication that despite there being a set schedule in place, the 38-year-old needed to make changes due to her work plans, but her ex refused. If all that wasn’t bad enough, child support has also become a sore subject. Confidants in Jenna’s inner circle claim Mr. Tatum isn’t contributing, while sources from his camp say there’s a specific joint bank account with funds to cover the six-year-old’s expenses.
Oh, there’s one more thing though! Communication, specifically FaceTime dates with one parent while Everly is with the other, is an ongoing issue. Dewan sources say the 21 Jump Street star isn’t allowing her to make a call when their daughter is with him, but when it’s the other way around, he barely gives them a ring. Those close to the 39-year-old actor say that isn’t true and the father does FaceTime his daughter when she’s under the care of Jenna, but she’s too difficult to get a hold of so he goes through the nanny.
It’s unlikely either of the stars will chime in publicly on these rumors, though the actress’ rep Nicole Perna did share with TMZ:
“Jenna’s priority has always been, and continues to be, her daughter’s well-being.”
We hope for the sake of their little girl, these two will Step Up and make some changes in her best interest. Thoughts on all this, Perezcious readers? Sound OFF (below) in the comments with your take!!
