Declaring themselves basically one and the same, take a look at their tattoos for yourself:
It’s unclear when they got these done, but considering their heightened friendship seems to be a relatively new development, it couldn’t have been too long ago. Still, it’s obvious they have a pretty special bond if they’re already at the matching tat stage in their relationship!
The 18-year-old model also posted a few other snaps to her IG Story in honor of her BFF’s special day:

As you’ll recall, romance rumors sparked just last month after the pair were spotted at a Black Lives Matter protest in Los Angeles together, which took place not long after the birthday girl’s split from longtime girlfriend Ashley Benson.
While there have been rumblings about the two being more than friends, one thing is certain: both Cara and Kaia are passionate activists, using their respective platforms over the last two months to share resources with their followers about BLM. Along with a photo of Malcolm X, Miz Gerber wrote on May 29:
“this week has been heartbreaking for so many reasons. but none of this is new. the racism and brutality in this country has been going on for way too long – and it has NEVER been okay. it is not enough to just disapprove of the discrimination going on. we have to demand justice and equality, and actively seek out ways to help. start conversations with your friends and educate yourselves on these issues.”
In one of Delevingne’s many posts expressing her passion for activism, she acknowledged June as Pride Month and shared:
“It’s hard to feel celebratory after stepping out in Los Angeles to march against police brutality in honor of the too many innocent Black people who have lost their lives. And in addition there have been hundreds and thousands of deaths from this pandemic. … So today – here we are again fighting for justice around the world. While the LGBTQIA+ community has made so many strides forward and still have so many more to go, we join so many of our brothers and sisters in the fight for equality and justice.”
Happy belated, Cara!!
