Kanye West‘s Sunday Service is back!
Amid mental health struggles, a failing presidential bid, and a rough patch with wife Kim Kardashian West, the Jesus Is King rapper has opted to resume his once wildly popular, weekly gospel music services at his ranch in Cody, Wyoming. Well, that’s interesting timing…
Per an announcement from the KUWTK star shared on social media, all COVID-19 safety guidelines were taken into consideration for the outdoor gathering, which saw a large choir singing around a piano in a field while wearing matching red outfits. Of course, no A-list celebs — or any guests for that matter — were in attendance this time around!

Sharing the news on Twitter, the 39-year-old reality TV personality wrote:
“For anyone wondering, Kanye’s team took every precaution to ensure the choir’s health and safety which is always top priority. It was filmed today without an audience. The music will be shared soon for anyone who could use some uplifting.”
Kanye followed up by tweeting his own message about the services — but made absolutely no mention of his delayed studio album DONDA: With Child. Sorry to anyone still waiting on that one! He said:
“Praise God. We would like to thank our staff for making sure all Covid safety guidelines were followed today during Sunday Service at our West Mountains family ranch in Wyoming. We are beyond blessed to be able to share the love of Christ through worship. #SUNDAYSERVICEISBACK”

KKW continued sharing more scenes from the service on her Instagram Story, revealing the couple’s four children — North, 7, Saint, 4, Chicago, 2, and Psalm, 15 months — were all in attendance, too.
Wow. Looks like quite a peaceful time all around for everyone involved, and it’s welcome news considering everything we mentioned at the top! This famous fam needs all the quality time they can get together right now. The return of Sunday Service comes just after Kimye and their kids enjoyed a tropical getaway to save the pair’s marriage amid concerns over the rapper’s mental health. A source recently told People about their work in progress:
“They had a good family week in the Dominican Republic. They are continuing the family vacation. Kim and Kanye are getting along. They both seem much happier.”
A different insider told the outlet Kanye is “really enjoying his family time right now,” adding:
“Honestly he’s in a great place and feeling creatively inspired.”
Of course, the 43-year-old isn’t completely out of the woods yet. There’s still his controversial presidential campaign to consider and the stress it has put on everyone. While Mr. West continues to explore his political options, including private meetings with Jared Kushner and his wife Ivanka Trump, Kim is definitely “not happy” with her husband’s election bid. One source told the outlet earlier this month:
“Kanye has made it clear that he will continue to run for president. Kim is not happy about it, but this isn’t her focus. She just wants to do what’s best for the kids. And she thinks finding a way to save her marriage is what’s best for them.”
Hopefully, this literal come to Jesus moment can continue to bring them all closer when they need it most!
