YouTube Star Landon Clifford Dead At 19 — Read His Wife’s Heartbreaking Statement

Such incredibly sad news.

Landon Clifford, head of the popular YouTube family Cam&Fam has tragically passed away at the age of 19. The young star had been in a coma since August 13 after suffering a brain injury, but sadly, he did not pull through. His wife Camryn Clifford confirmed his death on social media with a heartbreaking Instagram tribute shared on August 22.

The Clifford family started their online channel back in 2017 after Landon and Camryn found out they were going to be parents at just 16 years old. Since then, the couple has welcomed two daughters together: Collette Briar Clifford, 2, and baby Delilah Rose Clifford, who was just born in May. Their brood found massive success vlogging about their daily life on the platform with over one million faithful subscribers.

Revealing the awful news to her followers, the young momma wrote:

“August 13th 2020 was Landon’s last day being the best dad and husband he could be. After spending the following 6 days in a coma he passed on and donated several organs to people in need all over the country. He died saving the lives of others. That’s the type of person he was. Compassionate, loving, thoughtful, kind, and gentle.”

She continued from there, mourning the moments that’ll never be the same without her beloved husband:

“He was an amazing husband and the best father those girls could of ever asked for. It saddens me deeply that they will never get to truly know him. He was so young and had so much more life to live. This isn’t how things were supposed to go. He was meant to make it to his next birthday. He was meant to walk his daughters down the aisle. He was meant to die old with me. Words can not come close to describe the pain I feel.”

Camryn concluded with a promise to care for the couple’s children and make sure Landon’s memory lives on:

“All I can do now is make sure our girls know how much he loved us. He’s looking down on us from heaven and his light will shine through the clouds when we look up at him. May he rest peacefully.”

Along with the message, the YouTuber shared a photo of her hand resting on her partner’s chest while he was still hooked up to machines at the hospital. See the full, somber announcement post (below):

Ugh. It’s so, so sad and gut-wrenching to hear of such a precious life gone way too soon. We can’t even imagine what Camryn must be going through as a young mom AND a widow at 19 years old herself. It’s comforting to see their family and loved ones surround them with support when they need it most, though. One day after sharing the sad news, she uploaded a pic from what appears to be a celebration of life for Landon, as seen here:

R.I.P., Landon.
