Tori Spelling has decided to leave her husband.

Just temporarily, that is.

At least for now.

According to Radar Online sources and spies, the actress and her five kids took a trip into downtown Los Angeles (from their home in the Valley) over the weekend, hitting up an interactive experience called Elsewhere at the Madcap Motel.

Spelling posed for a bunch of photos with the children, too, making it as evident as possible to all followers that she was having a blast.

"So much fun! Loved all the rooms in ELSEWHERE. Def check it out. Great for all ages. Love trying new things with my kiddos," wrote the mother as a caption to these images.

Here's the thing, though...

... yes, Tori's sons and daughters are cute.

Yes, it's nice they got to spend several hours with their famous mom at this seemingly cool pop-up location.

No, however, Spelling was NOT with husband Dean McDermott -- nor was she wearing her wedding ring in these pictures.

Could she simply have left this piece of jewelry at home? Conceivably.

But such a mistake almost never happens to married people, and it happens even more infrequently to happily married people.

For several months now, Spelling has not been included in this latter category.

In June, she came right out and admitted that she and McDermott don't sleep in the same bed these days.

"Right now my kids and dogs sleep in my bed," Tori said on Jeff Lewis' podcast this summer.

After Lewis asked if there was any "truth" to the speculation about a potential split, Spelling wouldn't really say one way or the other.

Silence can speak volumes, thhough, you know?

Back in 2014, McDermott confessed to cheating on Spelling.

Following the affair, the spouses documented their life together on their reality series, True Tori, during which McDermott said of his transgressions:

"I feel shame. I've never felt shame before."

That's a start, we suppose.

"We had to start over. We had to completely rebuild," Tori later told People Magazine in 2016, adding that the two had "bonded and solidified as a couple."

That was five years ago, however.

In May 2021, Spelling failed to acknowledge her 15th wedding anniversary, after having gushed about admitted sex addict Dean a year earlier.

She hasn't posted a photo of her husband since June 2020, either.

It's impossible not to read into these kinds of acts.

As recently as late July, an insider said the marriage is over -- but McDermott is broke and simply unable to move out as a result.

"Dean wants to file," a source alleged to The Sun. "He just can't afford it."

“Tori and Dean are totally stuck together right now. Neither of them can afford to go through divorce proceedings.”

But, wait, hasn't Spelling enjoyed a moderately successful career?

How can money be an issue between these two?

“They have five kids and a ton of pets," the aforementioned insider cited as one of the pair's main concerns.

"Their home is always a disaster, it's just a total mess.”

As a result, right now divorce isn't on the horizon and "they are in a living nightmare," The Sun concludes.

What a shame.
