Aaron Rodgers is breaking his silence after his recent injury.
On Monday (September 11), the 39-year-old quarterback tore his Achilles in his first game playing for the New York Jets. It was later revealed that he will be out for the rest of the season due to the injury.
Several days later, Aaron released a statement regarding the injury, and thanked everyone who reached out to him.

“Thank you to every person that has reached out, called, texted, DM’d, connected through a friend, etc. It has meant a ton to me, and I’ll try and get back to all of you soon 🥹❤️” Aaron wrote on Instagram on Wednesday (September 13).
“I’m completely heartbroken and moving through all of the emotions, but deeply touched and humbled by the support and love 💔” Aaron continued. “Please keep me in your thoughts and prayers as I begin the healing process today. 🙏 ♾️ ❤️”
Aaron concluded, “The night is darkest before the dawn. And I shall rise yet again. Proud of my guys, 1-0 🛩️”
Aaron played the entirety of his career with the Green Bay Packers up until this summer, when he was traded to the Jets.
