Adele dropped $58 million to buy Sylvester Stallone‘s Los Angeles mansion last year and she still hasn’t moved in as the house is going through extensive renovations.

Aerial photos have shown that Adele has essentially torn down the home and is rebuilding it almost completely!

New photos obtained by Daily Mail show that the former house, located in the exclusive North Beverly Park neighborhood, is basically a shell of what it used to be. The one thing still there is a Rocky Balboa statue that is overlooking the pool, which he says she requested for him to leave.

The home sits at the end of a cul-de-sac and up a long private driveway in the exclusive North Beverly Park neighborhood. Inside Sly‘s main house were 6 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms, including a master suite, 3 en-suite spacious bedrooms, and 2 maids bedrooms. There is also a 2-story guest house with 2 en-suite bedrooms and a full kitchen. There were tons of amenities in the main house, including a professional movie theater, a gym, a cigar room with an air-filtration system, and a putting green. The grounds feature a massive patio with infinity pool, spa, and an air-conditioned 8-car garage with an art studio.
