In the interview, Amanda was asked to reveal her “biggest beauty fail.” She fessed up to overplucking her brows, the turn-of-the-century trend that plagued so many.
“I egregiously overplucked my eyebrows in high school for them never to return in full,” she said.
Looking at the present, Amanda admitted to being “obsessed” with one beauty trend – glossy lips. Her recommended lip gloss – Lancôme’s Juicy Tube Original Lip Gloss – is one that’ll give you ’90s vibes with its squeeze tube applicator.
At the time of publishing, the product is on sale for $20 at Sephora.
Amanda also revealed three beauty staples.
“Mascara because I have blonde lashes, and a little mascara like Lancôme’s Le 8 Hypnôse brightens my whole face,” she said. You can pick up the mascara on sale at Sephora right now for $23.10.
She is also a fan of Lancôme’s L’Absolu Rouge Drama lipstick. Her color is called Mademoiselle Amanda, and she loves it “because it’s slightly darker than my natural color and gives a healthier glow to my lips.” You can pick up her shade at Dillard’s for $35.
Finally, Amanda would want to use Lancôme’s Brow Define Pencil. Why? “My brows are also just a little bit too blonde to see sometimes. Highlighting—and appreciating—the features I already have is the key.” Pick up a pencil for $28 at Nordstroms.
Speaking of makeup, Paris Hilton recently revealed the always popular beauty trend that she “practically invented.”
