It’s only been two weeks since Josh Duggar was transferred to federal prison in Seagoville, Texas.
But it seems that his faithful wife Anna Duggar is already doing everything that she can to help ease his transition.
Last week, we reported on the rumors that Anna has moved to Texas in order to be closer to Josh.
Anna has seven kids, so uprooting her brood and moving several hundred miles would be no small undertaking.
But Duggar women are taught to be loyal to the men in their lives above all else, so it’s not surprising that Anna would be willing to take on such a task.
At first, the clues were subtle.
Fans noticed that Anna was spending time with her sister, Priscilla Waller, who resides in Texas.
Next they noticed that Anna’s eldest daughter, Mackynzie, appeared to have joined her mother on a road trip to the Lone Star state.
As the days turned into weeks, it began to look as though Anna had no intention of returning to her home in northwest Arkansas.
Now, a new development has convinced Duggar-watchers that Anna has indeed taken up permanent residence in Texas.
UK tabloid The Sun is reporting that Priscilla and her husband, David Waller, recently completed construction on a house in Big Sandy, Texas.
The couple had owned the lot on which the house was built for several years.
It’s possible that the Wallers built the house with plans to sell it, but for obvious reasons, the timing of the project has fans predicting that Anna is putting down roots near her disgraced husband.
While many people in Anna’s life have encouraged her to divorce Josh, Priscilla and David have been vocal supporters of the convicted predator.
They even wrote letters to the judge imploring him to be lenient in his sentencing.
So it makes sense that Anna’s sister and brother-in-law would do what they can to lessen her burden and make it easier for her to visit Josh.
And their efforts in that regard might include giving Anna a house.
The place is only about a two-hour drive from Josh’s prison, but as you can probably tell from the photo, it’s not exactly a mansion.
The one-story, single family ranch was built on a .05 acre lot that David and Priscilla purchased in 2020.
It’s probably not big enough for Anna to live their with all of her kids, but David and Priscilla also own a second house in the same area.
Maybe Anna is planning to split the brood up and make the eldest care for themselves, Duggar-style?
Or maybe the house will just be someplace for Anna to crash, so that she doesn’t always have to make the 12-hour round trip journey from Tontitown to Seagoville in one day.
Whatever the case, it seems that Anna is willing to completely upend her life in order to spend as much time as possible visiting Josh.
Someone should tell this woman that her husband is almost certainly guilty of the awful crimes he’s accused of.
