Christine Brown Mocks "Stupid" Kody on Sister Wives Premiere

Time, as it turns out, does not always heal all wounds.

When we last spent time on air with the Sister Wives, Christine Brown was angry and unhappy.

She had plainly stated her desire to move back to Utah on the Seaso 15 finale... only to be shot down quickly by Kody, Meri, Janelle and Robyn.

Cut to this Sunday's Season 16 premiere?

And Christine Brown was still angry and unhappy.

I can't "do marriage with Kody anymore," she told Meri in a scene that must have been filmed many months ago, prompting her fellow spouse to attempt a pep talk as follows:

"You didn't put 30 years into this — 25, 28, wherever you are — to walk away. I didn't put 30 years in to walk away."

From there, the episode shifted to a lengthy discussion about what the heck to do with Coyote Pass, the piece of property Kody purchased back in 2018... and has since done nothing with.

"I've had a couple of ideas. But what works right now and what works in the future, I haven't really discussed this with my wives, necessarily," Kody told the contractor.

The narcissistic father of 18 sectioned off five areas on the property's blueprint, explaining to his sister wives for the first time during a gathering:

"The lot that would have the pond would most likely be my lot for full access for family."

Cue a disgusting reaction from Christine.

In a confessional, she said she thought it was "stupid" that Kody wanted his own house at Coyote Pass.

"I guess he's going to use it for like, family gatherings," she said. "I'm like, what a waste of money."

The other spouses weren't any more pleased with the whole pond idea, as Meri grew concerned over how it would affect the placement of her home.

"It's the only configuration I can manage to go, 'This works,'" Kody replied.

However, Christine said she didn't want to "commit to anything" until she had walked around the property.

"I'm having a hard time holding it all in anyway," she told the camera.

"We need to start walking or I'm going to start crying. That's what's going to happen here. If I express myself, I'm just going to cry.

"It's either [we] walk the property or I'm just going to walk away from this conversation entirely, because this is very frustrating."

That sort of sums it all up right there, doesn't it? A wife saying she's afraid to express herself within her marriage?

As the group proceeded to take a tour of Coyote Pass, the women fell behind a bit -- AND KODY WHISTLED AT THEM TO CATCH UP.

"What the holy hell!" Christine exclaimed. "Did you just whistle at us?"

Everything about the situation sat very poorly with this mother of six.

Christine vs. Kody

"Honestly, I'm not excited to move onto this property," Christinne said, adding:

"But we are [doing it], so I'd like to be excited about this property. I just have to talk myself into staying constantly now instead of just walking away."

She also said that her kids weren't psyched about remaining in Arizona, either.

"None of my kids are going to stay in Flagstaff. They've all expressed no desire to live here whatsoever," she told the cameras.

"They're all going to settle in Utah, ironically enough."

We know now, of course, that Christine has also moved to Utah.

On November 2, she announced she had split from Kody.

"After more than 25 years together, Kody and I have grown apart and I have made the difficult decision to leave," she wrote back then.

"We will continue to be a strong presence in each other's lives as we parent our beautiful children and support our wonderful family."

To sum up her feelings on the Season 16 premiere, meanwhile, Brown concluded:

"I'm just trying to let go of having my house be where I wanted it.

"I thought we were going to try and build the cul-de-sac, like we had in Vegas, and have the four houses right there kind of close to each other.

"It just sounds really separate and I think it's kind of sad, to be honest, you know?

"But I am just not interested anymore."
