Colleen Ballinger is seemingly doubling down on her apology video, which has gone incredibly viral in recent weeks.
The 36-year-old YouTube star, who has faced accusations of inappropriate relationships with minor fans as well as racism as old videos resurface, seemingly put her “Toxic Gossip Train” ukulele 10-minute apology song on Apple Music, which would allow for a copyright strike against users using the audio.

Ethan Klein of the popular YouTube channel H3H3Productions tweeted: “Colleen Ballinger uploaded Toxic Gossip Train to CD Baby and is claiming us,” he wrote, alongside two screenshots.
Previously, some people speculated that Colleen had purposefully addressed the allegations with a song so that she’d be able to claim copyright on people who featured clips of it in other videos, like reaction videos.

In related news, Colleen Ballinger has canceled her remaining tour dates.
Her former friend and podcast co-host Trisha Paytas has since publicly denounced her.
