Lily Allen just brought “Madeline” to Saturday Night Live.
During this weekend’s episode of the sketch comedy show, the F**k You singer took center stage as musical guest and put David Harbour on blast… by getting up-close-and-personal with “Madeline,” herself!

During a performance of the pointed breakup song Madeline, which revolves around a conversation between her and David’s mistress, Lily sings in a revealing black dress while a shadowy female figure can be seen in bed behind a sheer curtain in the background. During the spoken word part of the song where “Madeline” addresses Lily, a recognizable voice is heard…
“I hate that you’re in so much pain right now. I really don’t wanna be the cause of any upset. He told me that you were aware this was going on and that he had your full consent. If he’s lying about that, then please let me know. Because I have my own feelings about dishonesty.”
None other than Dakota Johnson then emerges in lingerie to reveal SHE’S playing “Madeline” in the cheeky performance! She comes out from behind the curtain and approaches Lily, wrapping her arms around the singer from behind, continuing:
“Lies are not something that I wanna get caught up in. You can reach out to me any time, by the way. If you need any more details, or you just need to vent, or anything. Love and light, Madeline.”

Obviously Dakota was just playing the character of “Madeline,” who in reality has been revealed to be based on Natalie Tippett, a costume designer David met several years ago during production of Netflix’s We Have a Ghost. In October, Natalie came forward and confirmed she cheated with David. She admitted to theDailyMail.com that she’d “of course” heard the song, but didn’t “feel comfortable talking about” the situation in depth.
Lily’s breakup album West End Girl tells the tale of David seemingly pushing her into an open marriage, which she agreed to under the condition that the women David met with would be “strangers.” She sings in Madeline:
“We had an arrangement / Be discreet and don’t be blatant / There had to be payment / It had to be with strangers / But you’re not a stranger, Madeline”
