George Clooney has reportedly decided to part ways with the villa he owns in Lake Como, Italy.
The 62-year-old actor purchased Villa Oleandra back in 2002. According to a report by Oggi, the home has been put on the market.
After purchasing the home for an alleged price of $10 million 21 years ago, George stands to make a massive profit, according to some estimates.

People reported that the property has an estimated worth of $100 million.
“It must be said that over and above being a very good actor and investor, he’s also an extremely shrewd investor, given that he bought the villa for 10 million euros,” a source told the outlet in reference to the windfall.
George has not commented on the decision at the time of publication. People was also unable to obtain a comment from Yasemin Baysal, the real estate agent who confirmed the sale to Oggi.
