Gwyneth Paltrow Opens Up About 'Weird' Ski Trial: 'I Don't Know That I've Even Processed It'

Gwyneth Paltrow is speaking out about her recent civil trial involving a ski accident.

Back in March, the 50-year-old actress went to court with retired optometrist Terry Sanderson, who filed a lawsuit against her in January 2019 alleging that Gwyneth collided with him from behind while he was skiing with an instructor at Deer Valley Resort in Utah in February 2016. The lawsuit also accused the ski instructor of filing a false report stating that Gwyneth was not at fault for the accident.

Gwyneth was awarded $1 at the end of the trial, and she’s now sharing her thoughts on the ordeal.

Following a countersuit from Gwyneth and two-weeks of court proceedings, a jury found that Gwyneth was not liable for the ski accident and that Terry was 100% at fault.
