Hailey Bieber is revealing how she and Justin Bieber are raising their baby!

With a busy, model mom and a pop star dad, it’s probably tough for 17-month-old Jack Blues to be juggled around — but Hailey and Justin are making it work. According to the Rhode founder, she and her hubby have a routine figured out. And at Vogue‘s Forces of Fashion event in Australia, she’s giving us all the deets!

While chatting at the event, she was asked how she’s able to balance family time and how busy she is with work, and she said:

“Having a great partner is really important. And sharing responsibilities.”

The 29-year-old said having Justin by her side to help her out is “very freeing”:

“I’m here working and my son is at home with his dad living his best life. Having that support is very freeing and makes the decision a little bit easier.”

In another part of the interview, Hailey also revealed how saying “no” has helped her balance her life as a mom and a businesswoman alongside Justin:

“I am a very big believer in our ‘nos’ being more powerful than our ‘yeses’ and becoming a mom has made me refocus on what’s important to me. Sometimes it’s hard and painful to say no to things, but I also think that saying no ends up serving you more in the end, because then you can show up in other spaces at your best self.”

Sounds like they’ve really settled into that parenting routine! Impressive, considering how much these two always have going on!
