Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez might have split up in 2015…but they just finally resolved all of the issues that came with their divorce.

The biggest holdup? They needed to have a formal custody and child support arrangement in place. Well, as of today, it appears as if they have officially hammered out an agreement that has her paying a hefty sum for their son, Maceo, 9.

According to legal documents, via TMZ, the pair just agreed to joint legal and physical custody of their 9-year-old son.

The documents also say that Maceo will be attending “individual and family counseling,” which Halle and her daughter, Nahla, can sit in on, but Van Hunt, Halle‘s current partner, can not.

Halle will have custody of Maceo on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, and Olivier will get him the remainder of Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. They will alternate who gets custody on weekends.

As for child support, Halle will be paying $8,000 a month. In addition, TMZ reports she will “also pay an additional 4.3 percent of all income she receives above $2 million.”

And that’s not all. Halle will have to cover their child’s private school bill, his out of school activities, and his health insurance.
