Judge Rules On How Much Kevin Costner Should Pay in Child Support to Christine Baumgartner Amid Divorce

In the past weeks, Christine had first asked Kevin for $250,000 a month to support their kids – Cayden, 15, Hayes, 14, and Grace, 13.

Kevin then offered her only $38,000, and then raised it to $51,940, which Christine argued was not enough to cover the care for their three children, as well as provide them all with a home near to him.

Now, a judge has formally ruled on the offer of $129,000 in monthly support.

TMZ adds that the ruling is still pending and both Kevin and Christine will have a chance to present their arguments in a hearing.

The newest court documents say that the two will each be responsible for covering 50% of health care expenses for their kids, plus the cost of private school tuition and any extracurricular activities.

Christine first filed for divorce from Kevin in May, after 18 years of marriage.
