Keanu Reeves is remembering his co-star fondly.
Less than a week after beloved actor Lance Reddick passed away of natural causes, his John Wick co-star is letting out his emotions while on the red carpet for the premiere of the franchise’s latest installment, John Wick: Chapter 4.

Speaking with Deadline Monday, Keanu candidly reflected on his time working alongside the late 60-year-old:
“He was a beautiful person, a special artist, a man of grace and dignity, such a passion for his craft. To have had the chance to work with him over the 10 years and four films is something very special to me.”
He emotionally added:
“It f**king sucks he’s not here.”

He later shared a similar tribute to Entertainment Tonight, calling Reddick “a shining light.”
So, so sad. Poor Keanu. The premiere looks like a funeral! It’s clear how much everyone loved Lance. Our hearts continue to be with the Reddick family, and all of his loved ones.
