Kevin Costner Slams Estranged Wife Christine's Child Support Request, Claims Most of What She's Looking for Would Go to Her

Kevin Costner is replying to his estranged wife Christine Baumgartner‘s child support request in court.

The 68-year-old Yellowstone actor filed documents on Wednesday (June 28) in response to a request from his ex for $248,000 a month in child support to take care of their three children.

In the process, he hinted at his net worth and how much he should be paying based on that. Kevin also implied that his wife’s requested payments would mostly be used on herself, going as far as to reveal how much she allegedly spends on plastic surgery monthly.

According to court documents obtained by People, Kevin found the request to be “highly inflated and unsubstantiated.”

He claimed that his payment should be around $123,620 each month, which is still much higher than the $38,000 he initially proposed. The estimate appears to be based on his net worth, which Kevin‘s team is presenting as $250 million. Christine‘s team is claiming that it’s closer to $400 million.

“Providing the minor children with more than bare necessities does not require providing ludicrous extravagance designed to primarily benefit the supported parent,” the documents continued. “Christine allocates 60% of expenses such as private trainer, unallocated credit-card expenses, and her plastic surgery to the minor children without any explanation or basis. The children do not use the services of private trainers, only Christine does.”

In regards to plastic surgery, he alleged that she spend $188,500 each month on services.

If you missed it, someone who was rumored to have had an affair with Christine addressed the rumor.
