On Saturday, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s oldest daughter took to her shared Kim and North account on TikTok to reveal several selfie videos showing off blunt blue bangs, a fake bridge piercing, and the black grill she’s been seen sporting before. See (below):

If you’re not familiar with what a bridge piercing is, it’s a horizontal piercing across the bridge of the nose. It goes through skin rather than cartilage, and pokes out on either side of the nose. However, it’s likely the 12-year-old’s is fake as she recently debuted other facial jewelry which also turned out to be fake. For Halloween, she and friends dressed up with fake septum piercings, fake face tattoos, and colored contacts to attend an OsamaSon concert. See (below):
At the time, Kim responded to backlash in the comments with a pointed comment:
“This is such a non-issue”
However, she revealed to GOAT Talk the following month that it was actually North who left the comment after being surprised by the wave of backlash:
“She was like, ‘I don’t get it? It’s a Halloween costume, it’s all fake.’ So she takes my phone and she writes back to a comment, ‘This is such a non-issue.’ And then online, it was like, ‘Kim defends North to the end on this look.’ That’s a good clapback.”
But while the SKIMS founder may not have been the one to write the response, she did defend her daughter:
“Her and her girlfriends, they love doing costumes, they love doing looks. It’s Halloween season, so they put on fake tattoos on their face, fake piercings. They all had their colored hair. They looked like an opium Powerpuff Girls. [That’s] what they were going for.”
In October, she also defended North on the Call Her Daddy podcast:
“As a mom, you’re kind of learning at the same time. But what I do know is my baby’s such a good girl and such a sweet girl. She does listen to me, but in other areas, I’m like, ‘Babe, if you want blue hair, it is what it is.’ You know, it makes her so happy. I would never take that creative away from her.”
And now the preteen reportedly has her dad’s support in her fashion adventures, too!
