Tom Sandoval AND his girlfriend are hiding out! Sandy and Victoria Lee Robinson both deactivated their Instagram accounts before it was revealed the Vanderpump Rules star was suing his ex Ariana Madix!
As we covered, on Tuesday, the Bravo personality accused Ariana of accessing NSFW videos of him and his mistress Rachel Leviss on his phone without his “authorization or permission” back in March 2023 — exposing their affair and kicking off Scandoval. We mean, we all know this is kind of what happened, though the characterization feels off. Ariana didn’t steal and hack into the device, she stumbled upon something on her longtime boyfriend’s phone — and painting her as anything other than the victim here feels like exploiting the law to victimize her AGAIN!
Sandoval also alleged the sandwich shop owner “made copies” of the explicit content and shared it with “Leviss and third parties,” something Ariana has already denied amid the revenge porn lawsuit levied against both Tom and Ariana from Rachel, which they’ve both already hit back at.

It’s unclear exactly when Tom and Victoria distanced themselves from the ‘gram, but it was definitely recent since they were both active while celebrating the bar owner’s birthday on July 7. But it seems pretty obviously in anticipation of the blowback.
The fact Tom was so quick to depart the platform ahead of this legal news suggests he knew his filing was going to cause lots of controversy! But it’s especially inneresting his new lady also deactivated! Maybe he’s trying to shield them both from some of the inevitable backlash his lawsuit will get?? Seems most likely! From the sounds of it, Victoria has already caused enough controversy in his personal life, so that’s the last thing they need more of! Though, knowing Tom, he’ll never not be wrapped up in a little drama!
