Matthew McConaughey and his wife Camila Alves are enjoying a visit at the Empire State Building!

The couple, both dressed in casual fits, were present at the iconic NYC landmark on Tuesday (September 12) to promote Matthew‘s memoir titled Greenlights.

Matthew and Camila‘s outing was more specifically meant to celebrate the book, which was released in 2020, reaching its 100th week on the New York Times bestseller list.

Camila wrote Matthew a special message to commemorate the occasion, reading, “Three years ago you introduced Greenlights to the world. Well you are close to hitting 100 weeks on the New York Times bestseller list. We are lighting the NY sky greenlights, baby!” Matthew read aloud while speaking in front of other attendees, ET reports.

Matthew, 53, and Camila, 40, affectionately posed for photos together, as the couple looked very happy to attend the event.

Matthew also participated in the building’s lighting ceremony, as the the structure was illuminated in green in honor of Greenlights.
