Meghan Markle has joined Prince Harry at the 2023 Invictus Games in Germany!

The 42-year-old Duchess of Sussex reunited with her husband on day 3 of the annual sporting event in Duesseldorf, Germany on Tuesday (September 12), and spoke to the crowd about why she was a few days late to the games.

Turns out, she was being a mom first!

“It is so special to be here, and I’m so sorry that I was a little late for the party,” Meghan shared with the crowd on stage, via Hello! “Just like so many of you, we know this is about family and friends and the community that Invictus has created, that Fischer House has created, and so I had to just spend a little bit more time getting our little ones settled home.”

She stated that she was “getting milk shakes, doing school drop off and then I just landed a couple of hours ago.”

“I am thrilled that the first event that I can do with Invictus is here with all of you,” Meghan then said.

Just the day before, Harry also dropped a few new comments about family life in California.

FYI: Meghan is wearing a Banana Republic dress.
