Miley Cyrus took fans through a day of her life at the very start of her Disney Channel days, and it’ll leave you in awe.

The 30-year-old “Wrecking Ball” pop star was 13 years old when Hannah Montana debuted on the Disney Channel in 2006. The hit series turned Miley into a household name.

While reflecting on her career and life in the public eye, Miley pulled out a schedule for one of her days around that time. It’s all the proof you need that she deserves a break now.

In a video on TikTok, Miley read through one of her schedules for a weekend of work.

Her Friday started at 5:30 with hair and makeup in her hotel. At 7 she was picked up and taken to an interview at 7:15 with three more following at 7:45, 8:15 and 8:45.

Between 9:30 and 11, Miley had an hour and a half meeting with editors. She went back to the hotel after for another interview, this one hosted by fifth graders.

She and her dad Billy Ray Cyrus had an hour-and-a-half-long joint interview over lunch followed by a photoshoot. They had another photoshoot and interview between 3 and 5.

Miley had another interview at 6 with yet another following at 6:15.

Saturday followed with another 12-and-a-half hour shift that ended with a flight home. She would have been back at filming on Monday.

“I’m a lot of things, but lazy ain’t one of them,” she said, with someone behind the camera saying that’s what her schedule looked like for four years. “So I do think this girl deserves a little endless summer vacation.”

Elsewhere in the interview, Miley explained why touring was not healthy for her. She also reflected on the “magic” home she shared with ex Liam Hemsworth.
