New details are emerging about Ariana Grande and Dalton Gomez‘s divorce.
On Monday (September 18), the 30-year-old “God is a woman” pop star filed for divorce. Dalton filed on the same day.
Court documents are providing some additional insight into Ariana‘s requests from the court, including how the couple will divide their assets.

According to E News, Ariana formally requested that the courts recognize their prenuptial agreement in the allotment of spousal support and the division of their property.
Ariana also requested that “miscellaneous jewelry and other personal effects” be “confirmed as a separate property.” She had a similar request for her earnings.
The outlet noted that Dalton did not request spousal support when he filed for divorce.
The pop star asked that both parties pay their own attorneys fees.
In their initial divorce filings, both Ariana and Dalton revealed the date that their relationship ended and what happened.
