Adele seems to be an artist that a lot of people genuinely like, however, that doesn’t include Noel Gallagher.

While a guest on Matt Morgan‘s podcast, Noel said that it was the way she tried to introduce herself to him.
“She sent someone over to f***ing ask, ‘Did I want to meet her?’” he stated. “That’s what riled me. I’m not one for causing a scene, I just stick it in the vault and just think revenge is a dish best served cold.”
While that rubbed him the wrong way, Noel was then asked about possibly collaborating with her one day.
“If I fall out of love with touring, I could see myself just sitting at home writing songs and sending them to my publishers,” he said. “I might in the future. I’ll be saying, ‘Get Adele to sing that. Don’t call until she’s done the guide vocal.’”
In his first comments about Adele in 2015, Noel said that her music was for “f***ing grannies.”
“If someone wants to know what I think of Adele, I’ll f***ing tell them. Not because I have any sort of agenda or because I’m trying to whip up any kind of hysteria. I just don’t see what the fuss is about,” he shared at the time.
Noel hasn’t ever been shy about voicing his opinions on public figures – including Prince Harry, Taylor Swift, Ed Sheeran, and even his own former band, Oasis.
