Riley Keough has opened up about how she almost sent Andrew Garfield to the hospital.

As many fans know Andrew has a very severe allergy to peanuts, which is one of the ingredients in a lot of granola bars.

Riley explained that she actually didn’t know about his allergy at all in a new video from the outlet, and a detailed makeup artist caught on to the ingredient just before she was set to film a kissing scene with Andrew.

“It was actually very stressful,” she recalled. “I was in the makeup trailer and I was eating a granola bar or something, and I was about to shoot a scene where I have to kiss Andrew.”

Riley continued, sharing that “the makeup lady was like, ‘Are there peanuts in that?’ And I was like, ‘I think. I don’t know.’ She ran away and got a producer who was a friend of mine.”

“The producer came in and was like, ‘Riley, Andrew’s very allergic to peanuts and we have to shut the set down,’” she said that they told her. “It [the granola bar] shouldn’t have been at craft, and I don’t know why they’re on set. It was just kind of like, ‘Oh f***, that’s crazy.’ But also thank God that this woman caught it, because I had no idea.”

Under The Silver Lake came out in 2018.

Earlier this week, Riley‘s full interview was released where she opened up about her daughter, her late mom Lisa Marie Presley, and the Graceland legal drama.
